I have a 2003 King Kutter 5ft with greasable bearings as well. Mine is yellow though. Mine works better than my dads 6ft disc that weighs twice as much in semi wet dirt. I love mine. Mine also has all teethed discs instead of the smooth ones. But it digs great
Thank you for posting so many shots of the gear in action… It really helps me to see how it works and it’s very meditative
I got a 5 foot king kutter that looks just like it. I’ve had it for years and it works great. Mine even has greaseable barrings.

Nice new toy.
Not too shabby!
Add some wait to it couple logs across disk an chain them down makes a big difference in cutting an depth
I thought about adding some weight. Good call.
Was going to say this too.
I have a 5ft king Kutter. And next year we are going to add over 200 lbs of rail road iron
How many hp tractor?
50
Thank you. How fast are you able to get the 6.5’ disc up to with that setup? Appreciate it.
I think I ran in high 2nd gear. Not sure on the speed.
Looks like the back discs weren't digging in. Maybe adjust the top link to let the back down about a inch and a half. 👍🇺🇸
Yep, I did that later and actually paid attention to what I was doing. Thanks, appreciated
