All those Turbocharger explosions but only ONE exploded Supercharger! I have to wonder why they can't (or won't) use SUPERCHARGERS on their modified "tractors"?
Turbos high PSI from exhaust expansion with no engine power loss, Supers low PSI from engine with engine power loss.
Superchargers are driven off rpm. The gas alchohol motors spin higher rpms than the large 6 cylinder tractor motors therefore making turbos a much more efficient and capable power adder because they are driven off exhaust gases. Also if you were to overdrive a blower enough to keep up with the boost of a turbo it wouldnt last very long either.
It would be much more difficult and inefficient to build up 200 to 300+ psi with superchargers.
0:58 sounded like a quad turbo Lamborghini or Aston Martin

There are several different classes that range in power and weight. Basically the main idea is to pull the weight transfer that is behind them the farthest.

usualy they just spin out when the weight in the sled reaches the front and the one to go the furthest wins

Its good to watch but why this People buy engine for big money and then just explodes
The point is not to blow up engines. Just like an high performance Motorsport. Breakage happens. This is just a compilation video from a whole season. I probably taped nearly 800 passes in a season and these are the mishaps.
