Hello, it’s Kendra! This horror movie fan reacts to Evil Dead Rise (2023, directed by Lee Cronin) for the first time! GOOD GRIEF. I am an Evil Dead fan but holy moly I did not prepare for how intense this is! What a wild, gory, bloody, sick, twisted, evil dead ride! My favorite (and most horrible) thing about the Deadites is that these demons are ruthless. They don’t just sit back spit up green stuff, they tear you (and themselves) apart! Speaking of parts, my favorite part of this movie was the dynamic between the Big Sis Beth and Kassie! I kinda sorta think that’s her real mama, but I’m not one for gossip! Heyo -- thanks for watching! Most editing software lets you screen record (I use Filmora Pro), and there is a simple graphics setting you need to turn off in your Chrome (if you use it, and if you use a Mac like I do) that will allow you to do it on sites that block it, like D+. Hope that helps!

Evil Dead Rise saw it in the big screen in theater and gave it a 9.6 out of 10 anyway I hope to see a first time reaction to The Thing (1982) as well:).

I saw The Thing when I was a kid, but it has been a while since last I watched it in full, so maybe a rewatch with commentary is in order! My priorities will usually be first time watches, though FYI!
