For the firebase method, after you max out your pack and tiers and get your perks you can just let orda destroy the power. Once it’s out you won’t have anymore defend rounds.

For farming weapons for consecutive kills I recommend going to colonels office and you have max toxic growth its broken you can probably place 1 or 2 by the window then another one in front of you and if you have multiple teammates they can all place down toxic growths and you will have 12 toxic growths around the area

Got Cold War in January and decided recently to go for the DA grind, never bothered with camos in previous games but being able to just play zombies I thought why not! Love all your content, appreciate all the hard work you've been putting in and all the tips! Currently only got snipers, tac rifles, launchers and assault rifles to go (saving them for last for a fun finish!) Keep it up!!

Coincidentally, I wanted to start the dark aether grind like 2 days ago and this video came out on my feed just today. Really helpful guide, so thank you so much!
On the topic of XP grinding right now, If you can, play Rebirth Island Blood money with double xp weapon tokens, Drop in, grab the "TOP SECRET???" contracts. 750x2 xp for weapons, and it climbs higher with each one you do. These contracts mimic normal ones just at an increased xp rate for weps and your actual level. Within ~15-25 mins I was able to max a weapon, and move onto the next. This works for vanguard weapons aswell. My ppsh from level 1-70 took me 38 minutes on a vanguard weapon. Not too too bad, but a pain nonetheless. Use it while it's there because it's the best weapon xp in a time standpoint. I didnt leave the matches after all the top secret contracts were done, and I played for kills averaging 15-25 kills a game. I haven't tested if leaving effects the amount of weapon xp gained, but I imagine it doesnt as it's rewarded on the contract completion.
The 1911 is such a beast when it comes to dual pack a punch. It absolutely destroys zombies and bosses like it’s nothing. I’m surprised the magnum got picked over that.

One thing to note: For those grinding in Outbreak, there is a common misconception that you lose weapon xp per kill as the world zones progress. This has been proven false. On the contrary, you actually get MORE weapon xp per kill up to I believe zone 5, along with having additional spawns. If you want proof of this, check out Dirtrider478, he did direct testing of this. It's way less boring than repeatedly playing round 1 over and over, especially reloading for the black chest.
Onslaught containment contains several PHD slider glitches that can make the grind easier, if that's your sort of playstyle, if not, I've listed the best Multiplayer xp you can get a bit lower in the comments,

If your playing around October, they will add the Halloween mode, where zombies wear pumpkins in their heads. Killing them drops those chalices that let you PaP your gun without killing the boss. I recommend the Nuketown map cause it's easy to train that way. I've managed to get Dark Aether in 2 weeks, while at the same time I leveled up the Season 5 Vanguard Battlepass to get the free CoD Points (couldn't care less about vanguard skins lol). Now I finally have 1000CP exactly to buy the new Battle Pass in MwII 2022.
If you leave the door closed on the catwalk beside the Speed Cola reactor they can only come from 1 way. There’s no Mangler glitch like in Colonel’s so it’s better IMO.
I would honestly go for pack/regular/critical kills in burger town on forsaken. Amor, packa, and ammo crates are within 30 feet. All I do is train zombies until there’s 40-50 in a crowd and aim for the head lol.
I like how he recommends it on onslaught when you can’t even choose to get it and there also the random perk drop from the boss so elemental pop would still be in effect

Literally all I do is use forsaken spawn endless waves for the 20 kills without damage, headshots and kills, everything else is easy to do just regularly
I feel in love with the lapa smg shreads and I d k if it’s got. Buffed or sum but it acts like small smg carried my team of one rest died on lvl 5 out break mode.snpiers are pain tho.

I’ve only got snipers and tactical rifles left And if anything the camos aren’t my main worry the thing I’m struggling with is levelling up my guns haha. I have most my tactical rifles and snipers around level 20-40 since I used to use them quite a bit and used them in warZone. But honestly levelling up the guns is more difficult then I though 😂
lol tbh if you suck at multiplayer grinding the levels are gonna be hell for you. honestly grinding them out in warzone is also beneficial because you also get weapon XP based on match time. Marksmen Rifles are gonna take the longest as well as the LMGs. You will get bored after grinding for so long so remember to take a break between categories. ARs are by far the easiest, so start out with whatever. Personally Cold War glitched my camos on launch so I could skip 3 of the categories at launch. So I can skip the Snipers and pistols if I wanted to. Recommend sitting in Die Machines starting area for 10 rounds to stack headshots and to grind out pack kills. Outbreak is by far the best way to get boss kills after they changed the Megaton Boss kill amount.

For onslaught, bronze chalices start spawning at wave 9, silver at 15, and gold at 24

If you're getting dark aether solo do not sleep on the onslaught containment ubahn strat. I can get my gun to weapon level 50 in 4 games now.

I’ve been running into the problem with finishing the first 3 sets of camos before reaching gun level 35. After 35, it takes HOURS to reach level 50
takes me 2 games of outbreak to finish and lvl up the weapon at the same, takes 5 hrs in total
