more than the meaning the sacred sounds that come out or produced from the sacred words or sacred language is impacting. I experienced that if it's pronounced well the impact is in different level.in both the cases the impact and afeect of the sound waves by a mantra is productive than the meaning.

Malaya lees chant Purusha Suktam differently than the rest of South Indians. In the North they chant it totally different. It is not important where you pause, it is important to know the meaning of what you chant. If you know the meaning of the words, the chanting will be correct.

In the second worse, the fourth line says 'yad annena athirohathi'. I wanted to know what is the relevance of that word 'annena' and I was waiting for Swamiji to explain that. However, Swamiji skipped that word. Swamiji, if you are reading this, please explain.

      Yath-That/He,
      Annena-The world of Objects,
      Athirohathi-Crosses beyond.
It is only the Reality, Purusha, that is beyond what Is, Has Been ,and what is yet to come.
The Reality is Immortal and is beyond the world of Objects.

All these issues of where to pause and where not to is caused by combining many words into one word, united by the so called 'sandhi'. If you break the sandhi and write in individual words, such problems will not happen. When chanting, many words will automatically combine, but when writing, words should be separated. You should never write the way it is chanted.
