16:13 " fire bat, valkyrie, siege tank... it's like the guys in the chat came up with this."
I feel personally attacked
it was actualy high praise
Hey man, as long as it works :)
Bishop is really incredible, the nerves to comeback from this. Artosis would have disconet without a gg and be on invisible men production at this stage !
Well said! Invisible man after aggro :D Amazingly chaotic - but somehow extremely clean game at the same time. Also - while Arty isn't playing - he's probably the best SC1 BW caster out there. Even recent streamed games aren't that bad - and we all know what he's going to say anyway (which is always the ACTUAL TRASH OF A HUMAN BEING, ACTUAL WORST WASTE OF A HUMAN BEING) - which somehow becomes alright when coming from literally some of the best BW player of all times. No irony. Swear on my BMW.
Leave the poor man alone, he is make a living out of artosis xd
"What does Fengzi have, what is the next play? Oh it's lose all your drones."
Haha, come for the Artosis, stay for the Artosis.
Fengzi checking his to do list: “Right, I did all I could, hmm what’s next.. “Lose all my drones” what? Ohhh right… gg”
17:45 for anyone who wants a good chuckle
16:12 Firebats, Valkyrie, Siege tanks. It's just like the guy in the chat came up with this.
LMAO😂
Chat vindicated
Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, the series!
Hi pr0nogo hi
Pr0nogo man you Know starcraft from 1997 right?so can you ask blizzard to return patch version 1.00 of starcraft ok?
Isn't the phrase suppose to be the other way around it?
The fact that Bishop managed to break out of this without a single vessel is absolutely insane!
Wow, this game deserves an epic tag. It’s an exciting game. Both players are playing with their best efforts. Thank you Artosis for bringing the 9 game series.
Bishop is incredible. Seems like these two players were a little mismatched after all
A little? The guy humbled him with wraiths xd
What a game to end this series! It was insane. To have lurkers uder Dark Swarm at your main and still win. Amazing.
Dude, Spoilers.
@@davidrodenkirchen4666 No, it's not. We talk in the comments about the game, what exactly do you want us to talk about here?
@@davidrodenkirchen4666 watch the video before checkin the comments bruh jeeze
@@davidrodenkirchen4666 soy checking comments before watching the vid lmao
Bishop is just built differently 😅. Very reminiscent of how Dewalt did a clean sweep vs everyone the other day.
Man, It feels like BishOp is playing a turn based stratagy game.
He knows exactly what to do very fast.
I always learn something new about game mechanics and strategy from Your comments, Artosis. That helps me a lot, thank You.
This series was incredible
Totally. I don't care it was 9-0. It was really entertaining.
Love these 9 game sets! Puts some real meaning into the matches.
Fengzi: A thousand glaves of the Zerg Empire will descend upon you! Our dark swarm will blot out the sun!
Bishop: Then we will fight in the shade.
Unreal. I was on the edge of my seat!
Z's downfall here is his constant refusal to make drones. As soon as he got lurkers into T's nat he should have just droned up and then it would have literally been a free win... a crackling+swarm spam would work. But he stayed on 20 drones for so long, essentially accomplishing nothing from the situational advantage he created himself, letting T just run it back
Good analysis, he focused on finishing bishop off instead of taking an econ advantage
Great 9 games game to see terrain domination
Def loving all these videos plz keep making :D
what an incredible game. so tense
Ty Artosis
Great content
incredible game. very wp to both players
"What is the next play? Oh, it's lose all your drones :( "
hard to believe Fengzi gave Bisu a hard time in 2009
That was a great comeback indeed
what a game!
Very cool game.
this last match honestly made me mad lol
Wooah nice
I would like to have seen bishop push through the dark swarm and lift his CC to another location. I think that fight would have gone better if timed well.
Unfortunate for Fengzi. Seems like he knew how to get the upper hand but didn't refine how to finish it off.
the way Bishop was able to harass Fengzi's main and both expansions while fending off the attack on his base and actually push out was unreal. I think after these 9 games we can say he's noticeably better in both microing units and macro management.
Terran lost a full dropship on zerg's third at 12:08, we missed that tho, zerg woud have lost quicker if he didnt snipped it
Artosis when a pro gamer gambles and takes a base that will die instantly if discovered: "Wow! What a play! It's a gamble, but if it pays off, it's going to be brilliant. What a smart move."
Artosis when his ladder opponent gambles and takes a base that will die instantly if discovered: "What a garbage player! If I see that, he dies. It's such a stupid move. This is what I play against guys, complete idiots. He just flips a coin! It's that simple. I just play f*cking cheesers all day, no honor. I hate this game so much."
Actually, it does make sense! Hear me out:
This was played in a series. Whomever did the cheese prepared for some normal games and only made a calculated risk to use cheese at some particular point/game.
Artosis (usually) complains about the players that ONLY do cheeses. And that it works for them because they always play "best of 1" kind of.
Haven't watched Artosis play in some time, but when I did the last time (I think it was last year), he still badly needed to improve his scouting, so... yeah, at times he does deserve the outcome. Don't know if it's better now.
I think when it’s 8-0 it’s too late for a comeback
Terran OP
🦂🦂🦂
Defensive nukes
and people say terran are not OP
zerg upgradet airweapons instead he should have upgraded burrow to safe the defilers and drones
Here's a question: Why don't modern maps use stacked minerals?
Traditionalist mindsets, I guess. Also, I think people like keeping the 4-pool alive.
@@usmh Wouldn't that just mean the 4-poolwould be a stronger opener?
Would it? The difference in speed between reaching a finished pool from 4 and one from 9 drones, just as a reference, should be smaller with stacked minerals, and so it's not as big of an advantage going 4-pool.
@@usmh I actually tested this, and I know why they don't: you can't build command center addons until the minerals are depleted
@@garrettwilson4754 OMG, you don't mean the hallucinated kind, you mean the fastest map kind.
Too bad so sad
Fengzi is leagues above me. But it's so frustating to see him fail by so little. It's of course way easier as observer to point mistakes but still ... why did he make muta+1 attack and not armor? Why not go faster for speed range hydra, why not leave some hydra at base to protect vs vulture raids, why not make a single sunken colony on his 3rd, why not bring overlord near the terran entrance to protect from mines. Still, the terran is insanely good
Yeah, he often has good strategies for winning maps but falls short in execution and fundamentals. This could mean he has room to grow with practice though. Hopefully this series motivated not discouraged him.
I felt that way watching the defilers die right next to an active swarm. It's hard and I don't blame him at all. But damn I think he had this one. Yes the defense was really good, but there were so many little spots where a defiler just died for no reason and he was soooo slow moving forward with the swarm push. I think he could have been on top of production if he'd have tried a tiny bit harder to move.
The defiler push mistakes looked like you think of a game where he's trying to macro and do more and doesn't see it for a second. But that was his whole strat. So why would you be focusing much of anywhere. Just look at the army and send in zergling reinforcements. Sitting there floating 1k and not leap frogging. I just feel like he had a truly great position and didn't fucking micro. It's ok to over micro the attack when that's the whole damn strategy.
@JP B I agree with you, though not fully:
- why make +1 muta attack - no idea, I was asking myself the same thing. +1 for 3 mutas.... maybe he planned a switch into later, but still feels weird. He could've started it later
- why not go faster for speed range hydra - dunno. No idea if it's a good or bad idea
- why not leave some hydra at base - you usually want to have things at the entrance so they don't break it. It's not easy to discern where to leave what. But having the army at the front should, overall, make it easier to deliver the fatal blow
- why not make sunken colony at 3rd base - because it costs minerals, and most especially, drones, which cost larva. And truth to be told, BishOp getting a dropship with some army out is a bit unexpected
- why not bring overlord near the terran entrance - he did. They died to valkeries. And he never got to fully kill the valkeries, so no more overlords for the front
yeah, I feel the same way.
First
It was a defilier.... Not a fuxking scorpion...
Stop this 9 game please...
Terran needs a nerf badly, the siege tank should cost 25 more gas and 25 more minerals!!!
So B-ranked zergs can defeat A-ranked terrans ???
@@Winnetou17 That's a B-ranked Terran vs A-ranked Zerg, still won 9-0, so sad...
@@JohnSmith-rr8hp Fengzi is not A-rank, what are you smoking ?
@@Winnetou17 Terran never loses
Nothing incredible. Was probably moving the mouse with his off hand first half of game. Series was never close. Diamond vs. Bronze league.
