Quite a few of the original tracks for Encore leaked, so they were replaced by songs like this which he probably just threw together. For me it's still special, this and TES is what I played in my teenage days, and it has a vibe of its own. Dope to see you react to it.
This was also when his drug use became heavy, and where he started to become uncomfortable with his level of fame. Which is why I think Encore has a lot of sillyness, like he's not that serious anymore just trying to mock his own fame in a way. People were speculating after this if he had retired, I think he touched on it in an interview back then.
