Considering Graham is in his 7th decade he’s doing damn well! The beautiful lady playing bass is his girlfriend and she seriously rocks on stage!!!

Kurt James? Never heard of him! Wow, dude shreds. I was watching Joe Stump with Graham in a 2019 show. Apparently Bonnets career has been full of shredders.

Kurt James was the best in this band so far - I know he and Yngwie are buddies so yea he passed this test easy!
Sorry, have to disagree a bit. I mean Kurt James is a very good guitar player, but in my eyes, Conrado Pesinato was best suited, he was the one with the "freshest approach" to the guitar parts in this band. He managed to achieve an optimum blend of fast solos and some innovative touch here and there.
@@Mompfried I find that a bit peculiar... Kurt James sounds pretty much exactly like Yngwie did back in the day, so I can't see anyone doing theses Yngwie-tunes more justice than Kurt James.
@@robbyerics2792 I agree with you for the Alcatrazz soncs the Graham Bonnet plays, but what I referred to were teh original Graham Bonnet Band songs from "The Book" where Pesinato was outstanding. BTW: I've never been a big fan of Yngwie Malmsteen' s guitar playing...

I wonder if Kurt and Yngwie still hang out? Maybe Kurt can remind Yngwie how to play those solos, and how to dial in those Marshals to get the right ol' guitar tone...
That first Alcatraz album was criminally underrated. Good to see Jimmy Waldo back. Kurt is much better on guitar than Joey. And then of course Beth Ami, the hottest 50+ year old in America (other than my wife of course!) .

@@bernardoiglesias7067 Better at playing the Yngwie solos, is what he meant, I think. Kurt just nails every note. Tafolla, not so much. "Out of the sun" is great tho
An aggressive guitar is good.
Great Band Alcatraz legend Singer, crazy guitarrist, beautiful bassbunny, keyboards are fat, and dummer is pretty tight. Great band!

I always loved Graham's singing - but this is poor (I regret having to say that) he is out of tune and out of power most of the time - sad but true !
#Robert Brooks you're right about the first song. The second one he's perfectly in tune.
Incorrect & taking into account the age....it's quite remarkable. He has good, bad & ok nights....But he's out there all the time....But ok.
