If you can, drink some lemon tea with added honey and some stir-in ginger paste; helps wonders for me when I have a horrible throat, if it be from back in high school with cracking my voice from overexertion when with the choir, or just sick and my throat becomes raw and dry because of it. Hope it gets better soon!
