Personally I would change the floor since the floor is essentially just tiles you would find in a kitchen or washroom. I feel like hardwood floors would make it feel like more of an office space rather than an extended kitchen and on top of that it would balance out the amount of white there is in the office.

I’d use one of the regular internal doors for the bathroom for privacy in my opinion. If it was me I’d also put a sofa in the office area by your desk for when people come into the office to talk to you and it’s not a major meeting.
I love the house flipper series! I’m looking forward to an episode with Chels playing along too 👍🏻 Also my thoughts on this office is to move the kitchen down stairs since that’s your home area where you will need to eat and sleep. For upstairs add a couple of sofas for a waiting or chilling area! And put a little coffee machine on a small table. I would add some purple to the rest of upstairs too I love the dark purple it’s so smart! For downstairs/ bunker you could go with the sleepy blue you like for your bedroom and have a wardrobe, a set of drawers , lamps and tv ,of course! Add your gaming room down there too 😁
Add a wood door for the bathroom for privacy and remove some of the lights in the main room and the fridge should be in the corner where the bin is and go with a darker floor tile to balance out the light and dark in the main room
Had to laugh a bit about the fact that clients from the glass office can look directly at someone sitting on the toilet. Will definitely be entertaining once someone had some spicy Indian food the day before on UberEats. 😂 But jokes aside, loved the video! Excited for the next one! Maybe some shelfs in the kitchen? Green wall in toilet instead of purple? Light white/creme wooden floor?
the wall that divides the kitchen and the desk, on the side that is facing the desk there should be a very bright green color that would act as a green screen. and that would be your "pop" and at the kitchen leave everything the same.
Love it. Unless you're being funny the toilet with the glass door is exposing. No privacy. It's funny though. I can't wait until you let Chels play. I always love when She comes to play.
I like the series keep it up! One tip for you is when you look at the meetingroom with the glass. Move the one that near the gaming setup one spot to the right and put a single wall in the corner and paint it white. You will get a cleaner look and you dont see the black on the inside of the glassdoor (glasswall).

Hey man just a suggestion, use a variety of lights don’t just use recess lights. And maybe change the floors back to the wood paneling that you had in the beginning
You should put a wall to conjoin the two glass doors for your meeting room, where the black side is showing. Plus it will add an extra foot of space. I have bad OCD and it's driving me insane lol. But I think it would look better as well!
I would love to see a coffee area in the meeting room and in the kitchen. Aaand maybe look at options for the floor on the floor panels tab? There might be better options than weird white tiles everywhere.
Hey, Trev Please change you powder room door and you might have to pull the glass door futher out towards the working area/ work station. i think you should remove the garrage door, make your kitchen smaller! You should put a couch in the office space against the brick wall. I think this would be cool especially with the tv against the wall right across from the brick wall.
Get rid of at least half of the lights you have, they clash with the white floors and makes everything too bright. And you need a lounge/ waiting area for the upstairs with a nice comfy couch and tv.
Personally I'd change the floors. Keep the white tiles for the bathroom and glass office but while for everywhere else makes this place feel too white. I think it's mainly just because the white floor tiles and white wooden boards don't work too well imo but otherwise it looks great. Love the Reno ones best
On the wall that divides your office corner from the kitchen you were saying it looks kinda empty. I think that white shelf that you were trying to put in before might look good there now. Idk, just something to try. Also idk if it'll let you put a curtain around your glass bathroom door? Lol
I feel like as a designer it has too many different styles. Which is good if each room has a different style. But everything was together almost as one room. Like you need an office door. Because it ceiling give you a style separation between rooms. And you need to keep the white on dark or dark on white. Don’t do dark on dark. T makes the room feel smaller.
