Thanks for this. Some questions:
- what does the groove function do in the quantization area?
- when I send a sound to the chorda, how does it choose what sound it displaces or overwrites?
- How many separate sounds can it hold when at capacity?
- when not using the app what key does the chorda default to when turned on? Is it C?
- And when I cycle up or down in the key setting on the instrument without the app is it always going up and down in semitones? So if I change the key and go up one is it C sharp always?
Requests for future firmware updates
- option for changing scales to chromatic/diatonic across lead bass and chord mode
- being able to bend notes up a semi tone by sliding up the buttons instead of just tremolo
-
Groove is like a 16th note swing.
When you send a new song to Chorda is changes out whichever one you have up. You can toggle sounds on Chorda without the app, it’s always holding all of the sounds: about 200 of them.
Chorda is in C Major when you open it up.
Great suggestions on future firmware!
And yes, you’ll always move up or down in halftones.
Thanks for the quick response. Love this product!
