It’s great but it doesn’t reach my shoulders… and it’s too high up on my neck. Maybe it’s not short people friendly. I’m 5’3”
im 6'4 and just ordered this ill be back to report how it is the day after tomorrow when it comes in. 180 euros btw. i dont expect much!

maybe sit on a pillow to give yourself more height
@@Tyler-eq6hp there are heat pads in both the seat and the sides - the heat is great and helps to relax my muscles so a cushion wouldn't work unfortunately
