That was an INCREDIBLE demonstration of presenting, to an unsaved man, the pure simple Gospel message. At the 8 min mark you recapped the gospel message beautifully and had him answer the questions which CLEARLY showed us the man was indeed saved at that very moment. HALLELUJAH!!! But then, at the 9:20 mark, you proceeded to have him repeat a prayer after you, to ask God to do something that he had already said he believed. This was taking a step backwards by having him go from faith to doubt and unbelief, instead of having him pray a prayer of THANKSGIVING, thanking the Lord for what he already believed the Lord did for him. Keep in mind brother that prayer is for the regenerate (believer), not the unregenerate (unbeliever). The unregenerate need to first BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ (which the guy did) before they can ever call (i.e., pray, seek, ask) upon Him. See Rom. 10:14. The FACTS are in the Bible and YOU clearly showed him these facts which were necessary for his salvation. Praise the Lord!! And by his own confession we witnessed his salvation of passing from spiritual death unto spiritual life. See Eph. 2:5.
That was a great demonstration of soul winning, h got the truth of the gospel, very well done Sir. It might help even more before you lead some one in a prayer to also remind them brother that its not the prayer they sav s them, but their believing & placing their faith in Christ's death that saves them, I do not see any harm in helping someone in prayer, as long as they realize that it's not the prayer that actually saves them, but their faith in Jesus Christ. What if I get banned from a lot of places in my future? Or what if get banned from every places in my future? Where can I do soul-winning without banned? If someone has a business they don’t want customers to feel uncomfortable because someone is talking to them about religion. It’s a little different than doing it door to door
