About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first UA-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

Whenever I hear the words “Daddy’s joke of the day” I start laughing before I have heard the joke. I think his Sense of Humor helps to keep him young. God Bless 🙏🏽💚

I know some people are watching this thinking it's silly but those stretches and stuff he's doing really will help you so much. Fiber as well.
I should share this vlog episodes to my parents and my older relatives so they can get inspired by your father's daily routine. I dare say that the key to long life and health is to loosen up sometimes and relax as it is very much proven by now that too much work and stress can be detrimental to one's health, and loosening up can be anything that makes one happy as long as they aren't hurting or annoying anyone. Like I said with the Positive Affirmation that I contributed before back when you were still living in your condo, " It is important to have a productive hobby."
I dare say that quitting vet school and occupational therapy has been a really good thing for me as the load of stress was lighter once I switched courses to Biology, especially since I felt like the atmosphere had slowly become toxic and more stressful as time went on with those previous two courses as it had already began to consume time that is supposed to be alloted to leisure, rest, and relaxation. I guess medical courses are just not for me.
Daddy B is so much fun when he is in your vlog. Very entertaining, indeed.

It’s been a while since we’ve spent this time with the birds, they’re really awesome. I marvel at how they relate to you. I wonder how they’ll feel about being outside instead of inside.
I kind of miss those all-out Bark-Day parties we used to do. It’s amazing that it’s 3 years already for Sahara… that means 4 years for Sweet Cypher… I think we should do a huge bark day party next year, LOL.

Your dad's exercise stretches are very similar to the warmups we do in Kuk Sool Won... a Korean martial arts system... even the knees and the head/neck ones. We can see where you get your desire to be healthy and happy from! You just each have your own unique ways. Btw... I just had an appointment with my gastroenterologist and he agrees with your dad on plant fiber to keep away colon cancer.❤

There is no secret it is your amazing genetics that you are blessed with Wonder family you have
*Mitigating predisposing factors(genetic, physiological, environmental, behavioral), moderation on everything(even good things can be bad if done too much) is the key to longevity. Plus mind and body detox(8hrs sleep a day, exercise, drink plenty of pure clean water, yoga, body massage, and doing those things that you love) is the key to longevity.*

I really enjoyed watching your videos. It’s a mix of everything. Not to mention, I love your house. But as I was watching this vlog towards the end, I can’t help but notice the white art fixture beside the door. Maybe you could put it somewhere against a dark wall or background to give it its shining moment. Or was it intended to just blend in the white background?
