I take lots of Natto for over a year, it hasn't lowered my blood pressure though, which would have been nice. Thinning the blood is different from vasodilation. Thinning the blood doesn't lower blood pressure. Vasoldilation lowers blood pressure but doesn't thin the blood. Thinning the blood means, removal of or prevention of unwanted blood cloths. It's a completely different matter.
GREAT VIDEO! Fyi, unlike plasmin, nattokinase is immune to Alpha2-Antiplasmin and can therefore do a better job dissolving. However, if dissolving clots too quickly, the clots (which trap cytokines) can release them too quickly. I met one ND who prefers to inject nattokinase as he believes it is not very bioavailable. Any thoughts on bioavailability, and dissolving clots too rapidly??
Great questions. Bioavailability can be a concern depending on the reliability and quality of the producer, nattokinase's oral bioavailability has been well-studied in the 2000FU range for detection in blood serum and clinical efficacy. I would suspect that less than the labelled FU content would be a greater concern versus bioavailability for any given nattokinase supplement. It is true that those clots can trap cytokines - typically in the outpatient world a patient would not have a high enough clotting burden for released cytokines to be more than a transient concern and would not precipitate a "cytokine storm." I am glad you found the video valuable and appreciate your questions.
Great question: Natto is a form of soy but nattokinase is a pure enough derivative that I would have little concern over phytoestrogen exposure. However, patients with a soy allergy or sensitivity, especially if it is anaphylactic, should avoid using natto-derived products. Great question! Thank you.
Thank you for offering your knowledge and expertise. Your kindness is appreciated. My problems have been with fatigue, trouble breathing, chest pain and brain fog. Have used Serra for arthritis, which I believe was brought on by covid. Will be trying Nattokinase.
@@Lolabelle59 Thanks! We have no possibility to draw blood (daughter does not tolerate people in her room other than me). So we have started taking lactoferrin which is supposed to be good for iron no matter if too low or too high. I acutally have a feeling that it helps a tiny little bit. We will consider trying Nattokinase (alwas afraid of side effects). I wish you well for your recovery!
I like Natto but it things the blood and I don't need my blood pressure lowered so I'm still trying to figure that out because it has so many other benefits.

Correct, we have not had any patients who have had Hypotension on Nattokinase. In fact we use a cocktail of Nattokinase, NAC/Glycine and Bromelain together. Patients have seen good results in the 6-10,000FU daily, which is the Researched Dosages. The only contraindications are people taking blood thinners, anti coagulants anti platelets. Nattokinase has been well shown to degrade the Spike, and there is another supplement made entirely in Italy that uses Quantum Physics in production, a lowered dose of NAC called Augmented NAC which is showing a binding and elimination of 90% of Spike through Urine, versus 12-15% elimination using normal NAC.
Your blood pressure could be caused by many things but low electrolytes is common… magnesium and potassium. Sodium. Sodium low which is needed by kidneys to release urine. This lowers bp.
Thank you for the informative video. I'm interested in taking nattokinase, but I'd like to use a liquid or sublingual because I don't do pills well. Is there a way to take nattokinase by opening the capsules that is still effective? As an enzyme it will be hindered by food in your stomach, so just wondering if there is another way to take it other that as a sublingual. Also, do you know of any sublingual nattokinase products that are good on the market? Seems to be very few choices for people who don't want to swallow pills. Thank you!
Good question. Unfortunately, it is not only due to digestive enzyme degradation that natto is not used in liquid. It is a powerful proteolytic enzyme that would be highly irritating to the sublingual tissues before we would get appreciable absorption to general circulation.
The nattokinase from ortho is a smaller gel cap which can be helpful for patients with swallowing issues but I do not recommend breaking or crushing them.
Did we know at what tissue temperature did SARS COV2 better replicate ? Why ? Because at TWiV 659 at min29 virologist Christian Drosten suggest that SARS COV2 better replicate at very low tissue temperature.
@@MDcustomRxNAC also. Check D3 take with K2….it’s a hormone and every cell needs this. It also helps the lungs with thinning mucus. Magnesium…. to help with absorption.

@@TuckerStewart This was a WONDERFUL discussion! Thank you so much!!
Great info!
Is this product high in estrogen due to the soya involved? Maybe not a good idea for cancer ?
Thank you !

Lookup bromelain and NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) in relation to LC (and don't use a biased search engine).
