Seems like Exoforma should go head to head with TW Seal N Shine in a next Cheap VS Expensive video... That would be some battle as both are really tough
good to know exoforma is legit. Seeing how F11, Shine Armor, and Produxa all fail quickly, at least one of these companies seems to be legit.

Its actually surprisingly quite impressive. Now if they can offer some discount deals to get the price down this may be worth purchasing. I'm sure after this video their product will probably get a lot more attention.
Eagle One, turtle wax, technicians choice are the best bank for buck for protection
But it's good to see other products that care more about gloss and color depth.
This video made me change my mind about Produxa and now I've order the Exoforma product. I can't wait to try it out for myself.
How did it turn out I know it's been a while but did you get what you expect as result?
It performed well, but for the money you could buy 4 bottles of seal n shine or TW spray wax or lots of eagle one wipe n shine
Am I the only one who noticed that he had three really nice cars in the background during various parts of the day? He starts off with a black convertible (looks like a Porsche) in the background, then does the application of these two products with the front of a red Porsche in the background and finishes with a bad ass looking white car in the background. JB certainly has come a long way from the wash/wax in the corporate office parking lots!

Exoforma held up really well but I'd like to see it under a $20. Could you test swirl removers sometime? I'd really like to see how Carfidant stacks up against anything, maybe another internet brand like Shine Armor. Thanks

i actually bought this right before I saw this. Great product review. I feel pretty good about my order.
But keep in mind it is like $5.99 shipping, so that does add quite a bit to the cost which is a little disappointing. I almost didn't buy it because of that.
I've seen their FB add and glad you tested it. Seems that ceramic shield is a winner. I wonder how it stacks up against the other ones you've tested....

I appreciate your videos since you always say it like it is and save us from having to waste our money on crap. (I know that you may want to avoid Ammo products due to feedback in the previous videos so any other drying aids that you are interested in testing would be cool too). Thanks for another great video!

Hello Jimbo as alway love your videos. I’ve finally got the chance to use seal and shine. What I don’t like about it is that it says you can use it on the windshield. Don’t do that or you’ll get this nasty smearing effect when it rains. It also collects on the side of the windshield. Going back to rain-x
That Eagle 1 black/plasticoat stuff basically ruined my black plastics. I had to use solution finish to restore it after :(
what about the the ceramic detailer is that the same stuff you using now are is it different do I have to wash my truck first before I apply the ceramic detailer

Suggestion for the new Adams soap, test it against megs hyper wash as a cheap versus expensive. Meg’s hyper wash is super concentrated at a 400:1 dilution ratio and is an under the radar product. Just a thought! Stay true to you! Love the videos.
Thanks for another great video, although the Exo held up there are still better options for a much lower price. Keep doing your thing, most of us enjoy it despite the same common gripes.

Glad I turned off my Shine armor sub because it was $20 a month and I would use the bottle quickly; I think I’ll stack up on the ceramic shield!

Really? I have used it in direct sunlight on my black car once or twice and it has never streaked. All other times I've done it in the shade and when I pull it out in the sun and check all the angles for streaks it has a flawless finish every time. Well in the detail world we all can have different experiences with the same products. 🤷♂️

Well, I know what ceramic coating I'm going to use on my BMW X5 50i. I will be looking for this in my local AUTO ZONE store. I hope I can put at least 3 or 4 coats to last over a year or more.

Daaammmmmnnn that EXOFORMA is a game changer, I think it’s gonna be excellent for many detailing jobs with weekly or biweekly wash with those hydrophobic properties that product is very cool.
I’m gonna keep in research to see how far it could last between normal washes.
Hey! I used yesterday the Produxa product with the car wet I applied it and then I dried the car, the thing is that today is raining and the freaking produxa works as well like applying it in a dry car.
Want to laugh. lol you said if we have 30 dollars to purchase the exoforma. I have a better idea for 30$ go purchase 4 bottles of seal and shine and you will still have enough money to go to McDonald’s. So that’s pretty good for bottles of Seal and shine and launch for $30 or one bottle of exoforma . Witch one would you pick.

Everyones videos put these products through a chemical torture test, has anyone tried the hitting it with a lighter to see of they withstand that? Anytime I see a ceramic pro ad on fb it shows a guy beating the panel with a lighter and the lighter geta destroyed while the panel remains untouched.

Honestly, I know you're trying to not by biased... But you kinda sound biased and it feels like you we're leaning towards ExoForma from the start.
Either way though, I enjoyed the video.
Aero Cosmetics wash wax all is one of my favorites you can use as a drying aid or quick detailer it goes on slick and seams to last a decent amount of time. Would love to see how it holds up in a torture test

I still don't understand why you use Hyper Cleanse in these tests.....that is a LEATHER CLEANER. If someone is getting leather cleaner all over their
paint they obviously shouldn't be detailing a vehicle. Seems like you'd only use exterior cleaning chemicals for your tests.

Duragloss Aquawax?
Been wanting to see how Aquawax fares myself. Could the old school economical spray wax be a winner?

@@danlc95 Only use it as an occasional topper over a base coat of Duragloss 501 (not 105), followed a couple weeks later with Duragloss 111. Have used a few different detail sprays as well. At least the base coats seem to be holding up pretty well to Texas heat. All very user friendly, even in the sun.

The last coat did a chemical torture test that included Produxa, Shine armor, Top coat F11, Exoforma and TLC2 all had 24 hours to bond/cure before being tested.TLC2 was the winner

I've been curious of something after seeing these torture tests from multiple channels...what's the point of doing these? nobody is ever going to put their vehicle through that and none of companies advertise that their products withstand all those chemicals especially in that short of a span.
a longevity test would be more realistic in my opinion...leaving the hood outside in the sun, spraying hard water on it, letting it get rained on.
not hating on what you're doing, I just think that would be a more realistic test for what normal people put their cars through.
It’s fun to do. A longevity test would take far to long and honestly is super boring imo to sit through.
It’s like an inaccurate simulation of the strength of the bond that the product creates. Fun to watch/do but there’s no real way to predict time. Also, some people use snow foams that are alkaline or presoaks for bugs that are also alkaline. So it’s good to know that your paint will sustain the beating those products provide. People also want to know that if they seal their wheels with a product that they won’t be stripped by any normal wheel cleaner.

neither of these are a "ceramic coating" they just have si02 in them.

Hi Jimbo, I have seen your videos where you use the produxa product and how the dawn soap wipe off produxa. My question here is, produxa claims to have a water based formula, could that be the reason why it is wipe off by the soap? are the other products (exoforma & Seal N Shine) water based too?

Dont use produxa. It's not good and nowhere near as good as leading products from other well established companys. Expensive crap, waste of money. Poor results and like putting water on your paint. Avoid.
95% of product are the same .Just a different label and markup. Detailers get all caught up in the "wow" factor, that it creates an impulse to "buy now", spending thousands in products. How much difference can you really get from product to product? These companies should be ashamed of themselves ripping off the consumer
