What’s up everyone, I finally got this dirt cheap skid steer or skid loader, which ever you prefer up and running. I still got a little tinkering to do but things are looking good! In this video I get the ole girl running.

Nice job! You're gonna love that thing with all the attachments available for it. I use a grapple on mine more than anything else for moving brush around and setting logs on the mill. Hoping to get a good brush mower for it one of these days for clearing out fence lines and pond banks.

For future reference, you could have used an adjustable engine cradle hung from the machine or the crane to make the job easier. Good job all things considered. Enjoy your New Toy!

Great job! As a UA-camr myself, I understand how you feel when you lose video you've taken while trying to put together something you'd like to post. It's happened to me a few times. Best of luck to you! Looks like you're moving along at a good pace. Hope you're having fun!

It was tough at first, but I’ve been able to find whatever engine parts I need. Hydraulic parts would be no big deal. But the things like that warning light box don’t exist no more unless find a used one.

Really disappointed that you didn't take a few minutes to clean out the engine compartment. Probably be another couple of thousand hours before it will be entirely open again.

Hello, I own a JCB 350 excavator. The engine is running, but the arms do not move. What is the fault?

Thanks for sharing the repairs. I may have missed it if it was stated in the video,... but if you don't mind saying,.. how much did you pay for the skid steer?
