Dream & Prophecy Theme (Suite) | Dune (1984) - Original Soundtrack by Toto & Brian Eno

In 1984's “Dune” there are two themes associated with Paul's awakening powers: the Dream theme, composed by Toto, a quite orchestral melody accompanied by choir, and the Prophecy theme, composed by Brian Eno, which instead is entirely composed with synthetic and aethereal sounds. These themes are quite different, but I like how both succeed in creating a sense of awe and immersion in the more psychedelic and prophetic parts of the movie. Enjoy this mix!

The older soundtrack from David Lynch's 1984 Dune is so much better than the new one!!!!
Also there's something about the David Lynch's Dune that separates it from the new one and as much as I like the new one, and for some reason I like the 1984 David Lynch's Dune better.
As much as I like the new Dune, David Lynch's 1984 will always have a place in my heart, and any true fan will stay the same.
Thank you David Lynch for such a masterpiece, some people call it a mess, but it's a very beautiful mess, and it's what got me into Dune.

Its a beautiful mess of a film. Toto stole the show for me though & I’ll revisit this score far more than Zimmer’s interpretation.

Dude I wish they did that, there's a rumor that some of the old actors from the old dude was going to be in this part 2 movie but I don't know if that's true.
As for the soundtrack, maybe there's a fan out there that can put some of the old soundtrack in the new movie. I really hate the main soundtrack that using the new Dune what that lady screaming I really hate that.
