During night it can be worn but not needed as legs are not with gravity. So lege elevation over pillows is enough. Let's give some breathing time to skin.

Well controversial. But studies are saying that there is an association. Whether both occur together or one causes the other is to be proved. But varicocele is known to cause ED by more than 1 mechanism

Sir can varicocele curable without surgery or embolization , by life style changes or by following diet......😢
The progression can be slowed down or reversed. Not sure about cure. There have been patients who have shared anecdotal experiences of cure.
