- I just got my 1st set of glasses from Pair Eyewear. I absolutely love these! The easy on/off sunglasses are super convenient. These are the Larkin frames (narrow width) with 2 sets of Sun Tops.

Excellent review! I have the Kirby frames, which I did a review on. My sun toppers work GREAT when I go fishing, they really reduce the glare on the water. But also, I love all the frame choices.

when u add topper to frame, does it make glasses real thick, and from side profile, is it very noticeable or will it just look like a regular sunglasses?
Not at all. They are probably 5mm of thickness. You wouldn't notice it unless you were looking for it. They matchup perfectly.
Your prescription isn't in the toppers (sunglasses) it's in the base frame
Correct. The toppers allow you to customize the look of your glasses. You can pick suntoppers for sunglasses or just frames around the base frames for a stylish look.
Question … not sure if you'll see it though … It's been tough finding men that review Pair … I'm wondering how do you carry around the sunglass topper? I'm worried about having to carry that around just as it was a pain carrying around a pair of subscription sunglasses … but they're really thin and small … probably easier to lose!
When you order from Pair, they send you a case that has a separate area for the toppers. Honestly, I usually just keep them in a pants or shirt pocket when I take them off. They do get a bit scratched up so I need to be conscious not to put them in the same pocket as my keys.
I have another glasses with magets in them, but lost the shades, do you know if they would fit? or are the brand specific?

After having them for awhile are you still happy with these and i saw some reviews say their toppers didnt stay on well, i really like these and am on the fence about buying these because of the suntoppers
I am still happy with them. I have noticed that it does seem like the magnets are not as strong as in the beginning. That could just be because I never experienced glasses like that before. I have accidentally hit them with my hand or something else before and they toppers have slipped off. I wouldn't suggest them for any activities where there is a of of wind. For the price, I am pretty happy. I wish I would have added the anti scratch.

TBH, I lost one of the sun toppers on the river. I will say that they are good for everyday use. Just not for overly active use. I hit them (sun toppers) with my arm and dropped them in the water. They are also not strong enough while riding in an open Jeep.
Do they make the sunglasses clipons for normal glasses? My insurance probably wouldn’t cover these

Do you have a high prescription? Over 5 or 6?
No. I actually had LASIK a few years ago but it didn't take 100%. These are basically for driving and watching TV/Movies, watching live sports.
Can you stack the toppers on top of eachother? Like if I want the blue tinted lens, but use another topper frame with a clear lense?
I'm not sure. I lost the 2nd set of toppers before I could try it. If I reorder, I will let you know.
