It really amazes me when artist do things like this. I must have taken a long time to figure out the right placement for each object, as well as getting the desire piece to begin with.
Beautiful! This gave me a great peace of mind. God sees our messes and our piles of stuff from HIS perspective and he is making something valuable from it. Thanks.
I fucking hate it when spastics like you bring God into things that are completely unrelated. Just fuck off with it, there is a time and place. Whether he is real or not or good or bad, this is the work of a human artist and the meaning has fuck all to do with your sky friend.
Good stuff Carol Hale. I wish everyone knew the truth. I don't understand why so many people HATE our own savior. Maybe it's because we would have to admit we need a savior, and that would just plain hurt our ego...
Where can I view this? It is (and I normally would never use this adjective) sublime. I would love to hear an interview with the creator to better understand the creative process that was involved in the conception, harnessing and execution of this most excellent treasure and when in the process the layering came into play! I've watched this 20 times at least and have no intention of stopping enjoying its delights!
My answer will come pretty late, but the person depicted here is Ferdinand Cheval, known as "The Postman Cheval", he is a postman who, through his long journeys to bring letters to the villages of his area, kept bringing home little rock after little rock, and decided to build a huge palace with them. This palace took 33 years to build, and was the work of one, and only one man. Look up "Palais idéal du facteur cheval" on google image search, you will see what the palace looks like.
jayrush01 How can you say that? Haven't you ever bought a ticket to watch a show of your favorite singer? Or even a cd or something like that? Geez, the people with that kind of opinion should really do something to change it.

God didn't make this.

Nice work of art.
One man's junk is another man's art??
