lemo they are not super underrated, people in Korea knows who they are, just they doesn’t have a super fanbase, they are like Kard or Loona, their songs sound on radio, and Piri was number 4 in Arirang radio, they sounded in Ulsan random play dance, and some people dance to them, there are groups nobody and I mean nobody knows, like Shafla, or Geeguu etc. And I am a hard Insomnia by the way.
@@soyedgar1831 Finally someone with some sense. Their last album literally sold as many copies as the final EXID album and have almost triple the sells of a group like CLC from a larger label. They also where number 2 between Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande on World album sales on Itunes when they released digitally. This group is anything but small. They may not be on the overall platform as one of the top tiers but they are still doing really well and have been selling along the lines MAMAMOO,G-IDLE, and EXID to name a few. Hardly not known at all.

@@soyedgar1831 Exactly. A quick google search on the album numbers will show that they have been selling like hotcakes for a few albums now. There is a reason why they are doing constant international tours and tons of english covers. The company is making money. If they wearnt they would not have the amount of releases, tours, and comebacks they have enjoyed.

@@AS-db6ob Wtf, 5 years as main vocalist is the reason she's so the talented. When DC debuted as Minx years ago, Siyeon was the face of the group for being one the hot topics of rookie girl group members because she was belting whistle notes left and right as if it was nothing.
What I'm trying to say, whoever her teacher was must be a proud teacher because Siyeon sings extremely professional and can adapt to any genre of music. Years of training is what helped her. Her ability to focus and learn.

I feel so disappointed to see that so many people don't recognise her but I'm happy Siyeon got the chance to fulfill her dream to sing here, she looks gorgeous just like her voice

Why are dreamcatcher fans so stuck up on them not being famous? You do realize that they have sold as many End of Nightmare albums, physical copies that it, as EXID and several other major artists. They have also sold comparitive in the digital mark and are one of the best selling female girl groups internationally as well. The only ones who don't seem to recognize that this group is larger than yall seem to think is the fans/stans themselves.

She's good/really good, no question. But defo not the best - coming from a DC Stan. There are many great, in particular older artists which are really great, with not only a great voice, but an indeed better voice control :( Maybe it's just not my jam, but Siyeon lacks in certain vocal ranges for myself. also yeah, better not send em to Unpretty Rapstar, for the same reason as Challan stated, haha!

I'm crying. Singnie actually got to perform on Masked Singer. A lot of InSomnia have been wanting a member to perform on this show for a long time now. The only thing that makes me sad is that not a lot of people even recognize her. Her timbre is so distinctive and definitely one of the most entrancing voices to listen to in the idol space. Now we just need the other members to perform on the show.

The fact that she didn't even get into 2nd round makes me sad, judges may be deaf. I mean it is obvious tho, cupcake may be a good a singer but doughnut was a great singer. She sings so clear and good, the vibrato was there, she did great on her parts. Overall it was a good perf, our wolfie did great 👏♥️
well. they did say that donut is definately not idol but an experienced older singer. cupcake is more popular than siyeon. so i guess thats why she win. lot of contestant win over other contestant cause the judge know who the voice belong too

I'm such a happy Somnia now! I've been waiting and hoping that the girls would start coming on the show and now Siyeon's here!! I hope more people start to fall in love with her voice and then fall for her entire precious being! Okay for those who haven't been able to watch: Siyeon only lost by 3 votes, but she was also very happy with the comments that she got (especially from Yoo Youngseok, who straight up said he was wanting to hear her 3rd round song and was not really happy about the outcome) and she sang a verse from a rock song completely a capella. Hopefully this will get Dreamcatcher more attention and love!
