What is the gender of an SMB Connector

We often hear confusion around SMB connectors. In this discussion we present the Plug and Jack naming convention of SMB connectors, but ultimately we still prefer to use a picture between ourselves and the potential customer to confirm the definition of the connectors before we assemble cables.
