Thank you very much for the honest feedback; yes that is PHASE 1 and PHASE 2
Phase 1 is fully developing with all the estate facilities and infrastructures like:
Street lights, tarred and very accessible road networks , cctv estate security, constant light and water supply
While
Phase 2 is more like a layout with graded roads(not tarred) with drainages and electricity

Thank you for your response. I love the terrain of Iva valley but not really wanting to build. Are there other options like already built houses like you have at winners estate that is not so expensive or even plots of land in the 800k neighborhood at this time.
