- Pat Metheny Group. "The Truth Will Always Be". A new version of my clip for this state-of-the-art music. At the end of the clip, some of my own 3D PC drawings representing The Five Elements: Water, Earth, Wind, Fire...and, of course, MUSIC.
Pure genius ....in a hundred years this will be new classical music .
No one quite like Pat , he 's so rare , but must credit the wonderful talent in his band + Lyle
In my opinion, THE most beautiful song ever written. If heaven has music, this will be at the top of the playlist. Brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear this masterpiece.
I cry every single time I listen to it. It speaks so deeply to me. No matter how often I listen to it, I swear I find something new in it when I listen to it. I bless my brother for introducing me to the amazing quality, range, an depth of Pat Metheny and Pat Metheny Group. I saw them once in concert. Best experience of my life.
This piece brings tears to my eyes EVERY TIME I HEAR IT!
I've been listen to this music since 1992 ... and I NEVER BORED ... Every time I listen to this album, expecially this song, the emotions are always the same as the first time ... I didn't know other musician that make me feel so "light" in my soul ... Pat is just AWESOME and THE BEST MUSICIAN OF EVER !!
When the world weighs me down, and I get discouraged and disgusted by all the frustrating and terrible things that seem to be everywhere, I play this song and I remember beauty.
This makes life worth sticking around for.
This emotional music reminds us how poor and little we are if we continue to hate each other. Thank you Mr Metheny.

If exiled to a desert island, with choice of only 10 CDs I could take, Metheny's Secret Story, with this song, would be somewhere up around number one or two place. This piece is one of the most profoundly moving, emotional, uplifting, moving pieces of music ever written. Genius, by a master and the wonderful musicians he worked with.

Just the absolute best. The way the song builds to its crescendo is sensational. I remember sitting spellbound the first day I bought the album listening endlessly to this track and wondering what sort of musical genius could write such a beautiful song.

I totally concur with Heartland Tuber..I purchased this cd almost 20 yrs. ago now, and was completely blown away...This one composition has remained foremost in my heart as one of THE most beautiful song I have ever heard! I feel blessed...Magic!!

I believe in the power of the human Spirits ability to help us over come any and all conflicts. I believe that music is one of the main keys that will/is be(ing) used to that end. I believe that Pat Methenys Music is part of that process.

This is the most soul inspiring piece of music I think I have ever heard. I have the original album on CD, and the re-release with additional material from a few years ago. If told I were to be exiled on a desert island and could take on 10 albums, 'Secret Story' album would be at the top of the list. Followed by Tangerine Dream's 'Tyranny of Beauty' album.

This is one of my favorite Metheny songs of all time. However, it's not the Pat Metheny Group. It's from Pat's solo album "Secret Story." It was a period when he was writing a great number of terrific songs.

I watched a great documentary on Pat Metheny here in England last week. He likes to unwind watching Teletubbies, and his favourite is Tinky Winky. A truly great performer. His music is sublime.
