I grew up in Sweden and we had something called Allemansrätten which means you can actually roam and camp on private land as long as you don't do it close to houses and you also need to follow the rules. Similar to crownland i guess. I have noticed that people do stupid things lately. I saw one campsite on crownland there it had been a party and they had tried to cut down a big tree but left it unstable. I didn't see it at first but a little wind could have taken it down to flatten a tent.
Unfortunately around here too a lot of the big pine and that around well known spots will be filled with axe marks most the time fortunately they don’t get through the bark!
Great information! The trail cam is a great idea. So far no damage in the areas that I go. My biggest pet peeves are people who leave trash behind. If you carry it in full you can carry it out empty. The other is people who set up camp and block the trail.
@@Anndyinthewoods some of the spots we go to it’s pretty sad how trashed they get by people then ya spend a lot of your own time picking trash up! ya people blocking the trail and that is always really frustrating!
Very informative video buddy! Its pretty disappointing to hear and read about all the damage thats happing to people parking on crownland! Im getting back out more now that its fall and i worry about it, you're taking a chance everytime now.
This was my first summer crown land camping so I tried to go to fairly easy access areas. I did some scouting in the area for more relaxing settings. Next year can't get here soon enough. Love the content.

Thanks we appreciate it!

Great video, keep up the good work my friend. 👍🏻

If you video of it, post it first, social media has a way of IDing people faster than anything.
Hi, it would be helpful to list the apps and websites you reference in your video.
@@mauricepoulin4841 I’m still trying to figure out how to do that kind of stuff

Ya it really sucks best ya can do is a trail cam and hope for the best!
We were sabotaged one time, about 4 hours up the West Branch (semi-remote lake fishing). The game cam is a smart idea.
Sorry that happened to you it really sucks coming out to your vehicle all messed up I always have a camera going now since this spring.
I had a huge group set up shop 20 feet away from me and partied with loud music till 3am. Ardbeg is a party spot. Hope you got a more relaxed area.
That sucks!
We usually go in ware there’s no one around but still lots of different issues…
