Third Goldfinger 64 mission. A long cutscene at the start that you can skip if you run into Felix and then continue to the hotel, but for these videos I prefer to follow the script so I walk around at first for a bit. The Colt M1911 appears on this level which is one of the most powerful pistols (and my favorite) on the game and can be a big issue for upcoming levels.
A new emulator update fixed the "zoom" guns had when aiming which made them go back to the default FOV. Now guns without zoom will stay on the same FOV level you have set it to.
This is being played through with an emulator and a 60FPS patch, mouse & keyboard controls and with increased FOV.

The "zoom" issue with zoom-less guns when using higher FOV than default has been fixed on the latest mouse injector patch, along Camspy and Slayer support for Perfect Dark! Download it here: archive.org/details/1964GEPD
Now the pistols and other guns without zoom will no longer return to default FOV when aiming, and you'll be able to control the Camspy and Slayer with the mouse.

How can you have perfect performance? In my computer this level and alps are unplaylable
Depends on your computer setup. Mine is powerful and even then at times it may slow down. Try using a less intense plugin like Jabo's Video Plugin at the exchange of missing effects, or lower your overclock setting.

I always love that an enemy has to finish his roll before reacting to being shot. Gets me every time.

He literally slaughtered about a hundred people on his way up to Goldfinger's suite. Some of them he just opened the door and opened fire. Psychopath.

They needed to add some kind of action to make it work as a video game level.
@@garethdwright91Those people literally drew guns in his presence and would've shot him had he not opened fire, so calling him a "Psychopath" for defending himself is a stretch. Also, he has this little thing called a licence to kill.

Definitely my favorite level of the mod. Love the music and atmosphere. Feels very different from the original Goldeneye game formula but still works.

This soundtrack is gorgeous and props to the creators of this mod. I love them and please continue. I always wanted more 007 on n64 from being a young child

Thanks! The font used is the same as the one for the HD HUD pack (not used on Goldfinger 64 as it causes issues), which is Bank Gothic Bold.

Weird to see NPCs in a friendly environment in a goldeneye game, let alone a mod of it.
The NPC dialogue reads like it was written by Gamefreaks.

Jill is dead in the end? I can;t understand the finish with Alec and Oddjob.
Jill is dead in the end due to skin suffocation (the gold paint doesn't let the skin breathe). At the end it's just Oddjob and then Bond goes into the room, Alec doesn't appear at all on this movie, it's from 1964. I recommend seeing the movie if you don't understand something during this playthrough.

WOW! Again great job to everyone involved! Slap this onto an N64 repro cart and I would buy it to play in my N64 system.
If you really appreciate the work put on this by the developers, please don't buy reproduction cartridges unless you make them yourself for your own use.
