Very entertaining and informative. I’ve rebuilt a Courage before mainly to learn the process. I like puzzles and troubleshooting stuff so thanks for showing this one!
Henry, I'll definitely be keeping up with this one! And seeing the longevity of the JB Weld repair on the engine case. I was yelling and screaming and throwing stuff at the tv when I first saw that......... but you can't argue with success! Kudo's man!
Governor maybe needs adjusted hints the little reving up and down. Just a thought had a similar issue in the past. Hope ya get it figured out keep up the good content
@@MowersNBlowers great, thanks! I did exactly as you did, using the fuel solenoid of the old and the carburetor of the replacement, and it's still dripping gas from the red wire at the bottom. Is there a replacement part that would fix this?
Yes I remembered that I stole the return spring of if it for another, the return spring I added on the throttle bracket was the culprit. I removed it and it ran correctly. Good catch
Looks good. You will get that stutter dialed in. No worries.
Love your videos and your skits. Watch every week. I've learned a lot on repairs watching Taryl
Awesome! Thank you!
Skits? Taryl?

I’ve used jbweld many times with success. I believe it leaks a little still though.

Carb and throttle bracket needs adjusting. Hope you’re subscribed
Exhaust fuel shut off valve maybe the issue?idk 😆 thanks for sharing
put that orange marmalade from the bowl on some toast 😛
Great idea! Yum yum!
Hi! I'm in the process of replacing the carburetor and I'm wondering why you didn't need to reconnect the red and black/ground wire? Thanks!!
Because I don’t want the fuel
Solenoid. It causes problems

@@kara0620 usually a new gasket would do the trick, or your bowl is warped and the nut doesn’t tighten the bowl to the carb well, try another bowl
Another carb ruined by some 🌽 ethanol from Iowa, sent to Mowers N Blowers at no extra charge! Lol. Hipa should love Iowa. 👍🇺🇸
Thanks senator Dole!
@@MowersNBlowers Some bodies done their research! I love it 1996. Bro your on top of things as always, and thats why i love this channel!! ✌🌽🇺🇸
Plug in the fuel solenoid
Why? Does it not get fuel? Is it not running?
Be careful Henry
You defentily have a valve issue,I'm thinking.
Maybe, you’ll see after I changed the head, it was that silly spring I put on for a return. It was the carb missing the return spring on the choke.
@@MowersNBlowers ok that explains it,choke stuck open?
@@MowersNBlowersI wasn't arguing with you I love your channel, just trying to help.
Of course Jungle Bob, love your comments bro!
Might be a defective carburetor

I think that carb. Is jetted too lean.
First.... Hehe he hahaha.
