How does your skin takes this many products....mine literally gets pimples only with serum, moisturizer and spf😩😩..
Depends on your skin sensitivity and how strong your barrier is, sometimes you may b allergic to some of the ingredients
Always check the ingredients bc ur skincare shouldn’t be breaking you out and keep in mind skin fluctuates due to hormones too so having a healthy lifestyle and diet is important too
Finding the right products is important to suit ur skin type as well another thing like eg she mentioned meditating, this helps ur internal body and healing too so helps the skin from inside out
