sanjidah kalam it depends how light she wanted the result, gold brown is more on the dark side, I'm just wondering how it will actually lighten over time if it wasn't like that when she left the salon.
Tbh it depends on you as the customer, I personally would never pay that much to get my hair done (would rather go on holiday) but some people really want to experience social media hyped products/services
It looks pretty dark AF 3 months later. These salon people pretty much stay in business because of all the smoke they blow up your arse. She took her to a level 11 only to pour dark dye and bring it back down to a level 3-4. That is unnecessary hair damage especially since there was no color correction being performed. Toners are not necessarily bad if you use the properly they are deposit only. They can leave your hair looking very beautiful and shinny plus if you are really taking care of your hair you will go in for a deep conditioning once a month and trim every other month. At any point they can apply the toner.
