    This book is everything. It should be required reading for 20 year olds and OB/GYNs. It is so disheartening that our medical providers are not giving us any of this information. I am having such a hard time balancing my hormones and when I ask for help they just want to write me an Rx. I really feel like no one is listening to me. Finally went to doc and requested most of the tests mentioned but it was like pulling teeth. These tests should be part of a regular screening. Thank you Dr. Sarah for providing me with the information I so desperately need. I'm headed for a 7 day detox then plan on doing the 4 week detox. ❤️

    Please do a video for 2022. I did keto, was successful but it did start to affect me.
    I need a reset. Bought your book for 2022.

    I’m 31 years old and experienced a lot of inflammation in my body. I am really enjoying this read and began sprint 8! is there any keto advice you have for younger women?
