These videos never get old to watch. I love watching motor coach content because its a fun way to hit the road and take a trip when your not feeling like leaving the house.
Buckley-Loda & Bayles Lake. Happy for you James. My eyes almost let go of a tear knowing your passion for this and it to be the 1st of many trips in the future.
Hey Tyler. That means a lot to me old friend! Really appreciate it! I always thought of you like a vulcan or a android like Data. I didn't think you had emotions lol! Miss hanging out with you!
September 20, 2020: seems like ancient history: it's October 16, 2021. I enjoyed having dinner as you enjoyed the Humble Hog and Dairy Queen. I can't say our family is back to per-COVID yet, but it is our "new normal," and we have all been well. See you on the road again. Safe travels. Don D.
Hey John! Appreciate the comment man! I'm glad you liked it! Sorry about missing my Wednesday flights. The weather has been so warm I have been spending my evenings with my wife and kids!
Awesome to see you back on the road, transporting customers safely, and of course...getting your eat on! That BBQ looked incredible, I need to stop watching your vids after I already ate, I'm hungry again! Here's to many more driving (and eating) vids, man!
Thanks James! Appreciate it! It was good to be back in the drivers seat! These trips are still few and far between. It was a drop in the bucket. I hope things get back to normal soon!
Fan of your videos.... this is the first I saw your Osmo Pocket .... love mine.... Compares with a Sony HXR---NX80 I have... Love Busses too.... Owned a converted MCI7 and a Bluebird Wanderlogge.... Miss them both..
Hi Rod! Thank you for your comment! Wow that is awesome. Those are some classics. I drove a MC12 everyday when i first started driving motor coaches for a different company. This was back in 2008 but even then they were considered old. The whine they made when you accelerated was like music! I love my osmo pocket. Really versatile little camera.
Brian! Feels so good to get back behind the wheel of a coach again. I don't know how long I will have to wait for the next one. Hopefully this is a good omen! Im glad you are getting a few trips too!
It's one of the few we have with Cummins engines in it. It's definitely really good on acceleration and drives real smooth. Most of our fleet has Detroit engines in them.
I enjoyed that James! Glad to see you've still got your passion for driving. I really miss it as well -- although I didn't envy your driving through that tight neighborhood in the darkness!
Hey my friend! Thank you! Yes it was a really nice feeling. I had forgotten how smooth those coaches are. Agreed! I hope things will start getting back to normal.
Oh how I miss driving a motorcoach. I think, however, that once my rotator cuff is healed from the surgery I had, I'm going to have to go back in a big truck. The theaters in NYC are closed until June 2021 now, and with such limited venue capacities in PA, NJ, and surrounding areas, there just isn't going to be much work.
Hey Trucker316. Always good to see your comments on my videos. I didn't know you had surgery I hope everything is well. Does pandemic has killed a lot of motor coach jobs. I hope to see some more semi truck videos from you. Be safe out there man keep in touch.
Yeah I saw that too and I thought it was a nail as well. I went back to the garage after editing the video to see if it was a nail and there was nothing there. I even rolled the bus forward and backwards and got out and looked. There wasn't a hole or a leak either so I'm thinking it was either just a pebble or a leaf or something. I was actually wondering if anyone was going to comment on that. Good eye and thanks for the comment.
As far as comfort and luxury I love the Prevhost. They are definitely loaded with more options and look nicer. But they are more expensive and because they have all the bells and whistles, it leaves more things that can break. And they do break. Prevhost s required more maintenance and do not last as long as MCI. When it comes to simplicity and cost savings and reliability, I love the MCIs. They are not high maintenance and they cost less to buy and maintain.
You clearly haven't been behind the wheel in a while. Because you're little to care free about leaving a coach in low idle with door open and going to eat with your back towards the coach. 😢 it is Chicago 👀

Thanks Scott Beyer. It is definitely some great BBQ. Merry Christmas!
Lol. That’s something I would say. “This hog needs to stop being humble!”
Love that Hey Arnold key chain! You have great taste.
Haha YES! Another Hey Arnold fan. I loved that show gowning up. Not many people know about it anymore. Those were good cartoons back then.
Another great video. it's sad but Humble Hog closed and eent to Knoxville to operate. What a great place to eat for sure!

Hi Ramon! Thanks my friend! How are you doing?
You always make me hungry for stuff I can’t eat. 🤣
LOL sorry Tracie!
I like this MCI
It's one of the few we have with Cummins engines in it. It's definitely really good on acceleration and drives real smooth. Most of our fleet has Detroit engines in them.
Happy for you. Hoping to have trips go out this winter. Hoping our athletic teams get approved to play.
Hi John Wright! Thank you! I do too! The big ten has been approved! So I think we will see some sports team action.
Can't wait til I get to do that .
Any advice for newbie coach driver
Good evening. Mr.James looking great guy. No work in NYC yet. Injoy your barbecue.Next year may be.
Hi Howard! Thanks for your comment. Our entire industry got screwed. I wish you nothing but luck and good thoughts man. We are all in the same boat.
mci j4500 i love that coach
I enjoyed that James! Glad to see you've still got your passion for driving. I really miss it as well -- although I didn't envy your driving through that tight neighborhood in the darkness!
Thanks Tom! Appreciate it. It definitely is a awesome job. Not for everyone though.
Hope you are doing well.
You missed your calling lol. You should have been a food critic. 😊
Ahh, It's a good sign to see you behind the wheel of an MCI again.
Hopefully we will all return to some sort of normalcy sooner than later!
=)
Hey my friend! Thank you! Yes it was a really nice feeling. I had forgotten how smooth those coaches are. Agreed! I hope things will start getting back to normal.

Hey James this is rocky speaking and I will talk to my high school in seeing if we can take a few of your buses to downers grove for competition
Sounds Great!
I think I cant even remember how to tie a tie, been off the road so long.
lol! I know what you mean! I had to practice a few times LOL!
@@JWangvlogs But once I am out driving regularly, I just leave the tie knotted up until it is time to get it cleaned. Pro tip 😀
Quick like a bunny the police will find you😂🤣😂
Which bus do you like best, Prevost, vanhool, MCI. ? ? ? Tell me about your reason, function? shape? Interior? Wait, thanks

Wait a second did you called the brisket pork?
Heyy James, I hope it is not true that the company will close due to covid🥺
Hi Makhil! Thanks for the comment. We are doing everything we can. The government has completely ignored us
Wow after tha Dairy Queen you’ll be mad where did you go I can’t do dairy good
Hi Rory Robinson. I am lactose intolerant so eating ice cream always comes with a after shock 🤣. Good thing the bus has a restroom on board 😂.
You could have taken a fighting Illini bus
Hey Rocky! They were both in use!
...are y'all hiring 🤔
