I can't continue with this. Nowadays I sleep just before 10pm and wake up at 4am. It wasn't easy when I started but now I can feel the energy I have throughout the day. night is also productive ( in part) for some people because the more tired you are the less stress you feel, many people are not productive due to much stress which is highest when you wake up and goes down during the day, for many people becomes low enough in the evening. But mental capacities also go down in comparison to the morning. The best is to reduce stress in the morning and have low stress and also high mental capacity to use.

We all feel more focused on our work in night because during night the cells of our brain are in tiered state and and they are not able to think much and no other thoughts come in our mind that's why we think that we can concentrate more in night time. But whatever information we read in night time goes into our brain cells which are in tiered state ans thus they are not able to retain the information for a longer time. On the other hand if you read any book or work the information goes into the cells of our brain which are in active state and thus they are retained for a longer time.

Well it works for me..... After summer vacation when I have to wake up at 6 to go to school I use the same trick....with this trick and an alarm it works like a charm.
I think his answer is - Do whatever that works for you which doesnt mean you study through the night and be groggy and sleepy all the time the next day. Experiment and find a balance that works for you. Also, he feels that one needs to practice to be "Life Sensitive" ..which is to train yourself with Yoga and Meditation and reach a level where you are aware of changes that happen in nature like if its a full moon day or New moon day(which is just one example) . He often spent long periods of time taking a nap every 4 hours, living a long intermitent / continuous waking moment through both days and nights. People who wake up early and never see the nights are usually people that have a structure all laid out for them to jump in and focus on, they participate actively top something aconcrete and exterior to themselves. People who stay up at night are usually people who delve within, to ponder about themselves, or come up with ideas. During night we can stay with our inner light which make us more focused on our soul and it's capacity but on the other hand the sunlight dominates to our inner light and causes tiredness, laziness , heaviness and less productive....
I was a person who used to be awake till 3 am and then who would sleep in day. Cause i couldn't sleep. I felt so productive during night so I used to study but later the day would be worse. I felt tired and restless through out the day but I couldn't sleep during the night no matter how tired I was. But now, I changed my habit and my life is much more better.
Hey! It's completely okay. But seriously sleep is necessary and I don't think being a night owl is even a thing cause we are humans. I am 17 and I always believed that being awake at night is a good thing but now after changing this belief and my habit it feels so good. It's actually a belief in our mind which doesn't allows us to sleep. Read some self help books and try to be still and calm. No matter if you slept at 2 am but wake up at 5am and go for a morning walk with your friend or family and soon your body will adjust to the right sleep pattern.
I meant if for one day you go for a morning walk then the next day you'll eventually sleep at 11am. Commitment to a friend will be a good motivating force.

As far as youth is besides you body will tolerate everything without any complaints. Wait to become 40 plus years. Things will start shutting down at unexpected time.

Leonardo Da Vinci for exeemple, was both a very focused and very creative person.
Apparently he used to live as much in the day as in the night. He often spent long periods of time taking a nap every 4 hours, living a long intermitent / continuous waking moment through both days and nights.
People who wake up early and never see the nights are usually people that have a structure all laid out for them to jump in and focus on, they participate actively top something aconcrete and exterior to themselves.
People who stay up at night are usually people who delve within, to ponder about themselves, or come up with ideas. They tend to have an active inner life and be more creative people who discover new ways more often.

During night we can stay with our inner light which make us more focused on our soul and it's capacity but on the other hand the sunlight dominates to our inner light and causes tiredness, laziness , heaviness and less productive....

I was a person who used to be awake till 3 am and then who would sleep in day. Cause i couldn't sleep. I felt so productive during night so I used to study but later the day would be worse. I felt tired and restless through out the day but I couldn't sleep during the night no matter how tired I was. But now, I changed my habit and my life is much more better.
I am having same issue right now. Please advise how can i change my habit because i have been facing the same for 4. Months . Tc
Hey! It's completely okay. But seriously sleep is necessary and I don't think being a night owl is even a thing cause we are humans. I am 17 and I always believed that being awake at night is a good thing but now after changing this belief and my habit it feels so good. It's actually a belief in our mind which doesn't allows us to sleep. Read some self help books and try to be still and calm. No matter if you slept at 2 am but wake up at 5am and go for a morning walk with your friend or family and soon your body will adjust to the right sleep pattern.
I meant if for one day you go for a morning walk then the next day you'll eventually sleep at 11am. Commitment to a friend will be a good motivating force.
