    And the conclusion is - that it is not important that you are a night owl or an early bird .
    It's just about being sensitive to life. It should not matter to you that what time you sleep or wake up .it's just about doing your things on time and achieving your goals on time . And living in presence and paying attention to what is around you .And not being lost in your imagination no matter where you are .

    Night is just so much more peaceful compared to the day....don’t have to deal other people and I can just mind my business and do whatever I want without any mental and physical interruption

      early morning is the same but with mental clarity and with the opportunity to do everything faster by going to every place first ( during the night most things don't operate)

    I was always a night 🦉. Very active in night but.. But.. But.. In the morning that sleepyness and lack of energy is very bad definitely. So I decided it needs to be changed. I can't continue with this. Nowadays I sleep just before 10pm and wake up at 4am. It wasn't easy when I started but now I can feel the energy I have throughout the day. Circadian rhythm is the body clock and we should all set our sleep cycle according to it.

    Personally for me as a 15-year-old who is going to be appearing in the upcoming board examinations, feel that night is time when u realize how effective u are. Night is the time when it's only u , the energy inside you, and the universe.

      ​@@ron6107 i know its late but just push yourself for 4-5 days,like try waking up at 5 then it becomes normal for your body. or try waking up 10 min earlier than you usually do and carry this process till your desired time(pro tip:go out in sun,your sleep would be top notch)

    Very true, I used to be a hard core night owl buy ever since I changed my sleep schedule from going to sleep at around 6-9pm and waking up at 4-6am I noticed a big change, namaste

    night is also productive ( in part) for some people because the more tired you are the less stress you feel, many people are not productive due to much stress which is highest when you wake up and goes down during the day, for many people becomes low enough in the evening. But mental capacities also go down in comparison to the morning.
    The best is to reduce stress in the morning and have low stress and also high mental capacity to use.

    Deep. Love it. Totally understood. My "Life Sensitivity" is only on when I am 100% in the present moment. Sadhguru has finally explained why I am so sensitive and I notice things other people do not, also why I see most things in my life as funny and serendipity occurrences. GPS is always on. Life really is easy when you are fully aware.

    His meaning of life sensitivity is being conscious of things around you and live that experience. With that, it can help you handle any situation that you come across. I think being ‘sensitive’ in that term help build up your wisdom. To have the wisdom, you have to be sensitive with what’s currently going on, to experience the fullest, then take judgement or figure out the solutions to the problem. Not being socially or ego sensitive, because that can fool you from what actually is or should been done.

    is that, YOU are the master of your body and mind. so what he advices that ..feel your * TYPE OF LIVING*
    you have to feel AND UNDRSTND what your body is comfortable with. you should know how your body reacts with the situatn.
    but he also advices that you should folow the nature..not everytime the nature demands Tthat you should be early bird,,, when its high tide you might be more productive at night.

    Train your body to sleep late at 12pm and wake up early at 4am. Take 20mins nap at 10-12am, and 30mins nap at 3-4pm.

    I used to be a hardcore night owl and then i forcefully tried to change myself to a morning bird. Trust me you will be changed from inside. You will become more happy person from inside.

    We all feel more focused on our work in night because during night the cells of our brain are in tiered state and and they are not able to think much and no other thoughts come in our mind that's why we think that we can concentrate more in night time. But whatever information we read in night time goes into our brain cells which are in tiered state ans thus they are not able to retain the information for a longer time. On the other hand if you read any book or work the information goes into the cells of our brain which are in active state and thus they are retained for a longer time.

    Newest research suggests humans have a split night sleep, depending on your natural sleep time, you'll have a tendency to wake up after around half of that time. It is thought that helped with survival in early development. It doesn't hurt to be awake then for 30-60 minutes, if you don't do anything drastic then, and then go to sleep again for around 3 hours (as research suggests the cycle is around 3 hrs sleep - up to 1 hr awake - 3 hrs sleep for the average person.
    Of course the average person does not exist, so you must find out more about yourself on your own. Just accept that it is perfectly normal that you can wake up in the middle of the night and don't feel like you're sick. You may actually be more healthy than most people then, because you're not exhausted. :)

    -> my mother says that when going to bed.. repeatedly recite the time u have to wake up for about 10 times with your eyes closed...and your brain will act as an alarm to wake u up...
    is this true.?

    I think his answer is - Do whatever that works for you which doesnt mean you study through the night and be groggy and sleepy all the time the next day. Experiment and find a balance that works for you. Also, he feels that one needs to practice to be "Life Sensitive" ..which is to train yourself with Yoga and Meditation and reach a level where you are aware of changes that happen in nature like if its a full moon day or New moon day(which is just one example) . He believes that this will teach you to handle any situation in life. How is this connected to the question? Basically, the more aware you are of your body, the more aware you are of how and what things effect you positively and negatively. Therefore, once you become Life Sensitive or Aware, you can train your body and mind to be anybody you like, either a night owl or an early bird , do your thing and still have the balance the next day . How is this possible scientifically ? Yoga and Meditation teach you ways to train your body. The different pranayas and breathing techniques help you do incredible things like sleep few hours(like 2-4hrs)( as this is related to the question) but get the best quality sleep which is more important. This is just one of the advantages. The idea is to practice yoga, meditation and experiment and feel the changes happening in your body. Hope this helps.

      You got that almost right.
      Focused early birds.
      Creative night owls.
      Leonardo Da Vinci for exeemple, was both a very focused and very creative person.
      Apparently he used to live as much in the day as in the night. He often spent long periods of time taking a nap every 4 hours, living a long intermitent / continuous waking moment through both days and nights.
      People who wake up early and never see the nights are usually people that have a structure all laid out for them to jump in and focus on, they participate actively top something aconcrete and exterior to themselves.
      People who stay up at night are usually people who delve within, to ponder about themselves, or come up with ideas. They tend to have an active inner life and be more creative people who discover new ways more often.

    During night we can stay with our inner light which make us more focused on our soul and it's capacity but on the other hand the sunlight dominates to our inner light and causes tiredness, laziness , heaviness and less productive....

    I was a person who used to be awake till 3 am and then who would sleep in day. Cause i couldn't sleep. I felt so productive during night so I used to study but later the day would be worse. I felt tired and restless through out the day but I couldn't sleep during the night no matter how tired I was. But now, I changed my habit and my life is much more better.

      Hey! It's completely okay. But seriously sleep is necessary and I don't think being a night owl is even a thing cause we are humans. I am 17 and I always believed that being awake at night is a good thing but now after changing this belief and my habit it feels so good. It's actually a belief in our mind which doesn't allows us to sleep. Read some self help books and try to be still and calm. No matter if you slept at 2 am but wake up at 5am and go for a morning walk with your friend or family and soon your body will adjust to the right sleep pattern.

      I meant if for one day you go for a morning walk then the next day you'll eventually sleep at 11am. Commitment to a friend will be a good motivating force.
