    Marinate the Chicken:
    In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    Rub this mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get under the skin. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight in the fridge for better flavor).
    Prepare the Steamer:
    Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a simmer.
    Place a steaming rack inside the pot. If you don’t have a rack, use a heat-proof plate.
    Add Vegetables:
    Place your chosen vegetables on the steaming rack or around the chicken for added flavor.
    Steam the Chicken:
    Place the marinated chicken on the rack. Cover the pot with a lid.
    Steam for about 60-75 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
    Finish:
    Once done, remove the chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
    Serve with the steamed vegetables and any pan juices.
