The reason I love Justin Johnson is because musically he is FREE - He goes where he wants to go and when you go with him it's often full of surprises and always exhilarating. As an introvert musician (INTJ) I find myself deeply drawn to this self exploratory type of musical adventure where the aim is not to please anyone else except myself, but in so doing you end up pleasing and touching far more people than you can imagine. JJ is the BOSS - I wanna play and think musically like him when I grow up and I'm 62.

As a huge fan of classic rock, heavy metal, and the blues, this just feels so RIGHT! Real, raw music that doesn't sound like it was recorded on a boom box mic! I had ideas like this 20 years ago when I was noodling around with my guitar and bass, but I could never get the sounds in my head to come out of my Amp. I will share this for sure!

I play 4 instruments and wish I could play 1 half as good as this guy. The only other guitar player whose work I could listen to for hours was Link W. JJ is or will be better that the group just mentioned. What a player.
