- It’s a baby boom at one California fire department. Nine babies - seven girls and two boys - were born to members of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District between March and July this year. The team had a cute photo shoot to celebrate. "I remember when we found out there was, like, six, and then it was like, oh no, wait there's seven, no there's eight, then when we found out about the ninth, we were just like, 'I can't believe it,'" said one member. The babies were photographed in cute firefighter onesies, and in one of the shots, they all laid on their dads' fire jackets. #InsideEdition

That is honestly extremely cute knowing that there isn't just 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 but 9 babies welcomed together in a safe house and full of joy and helping hands
When I first ready this story I was like, cute..kinda. then when I heard about how the women and men and their female partners would all have sex at the same time in the same house scheduled daily rigorously to achieve this, it was disgusting. And then when I heard 5 of those mothers immediately divorced or left the firefighter man who impregnated them, to recieve mandatory pension cash benefits, 50% of their paycheck and insurance and Healthcare benefits for LIFE made me sick.

Having a dad and brother as firefighters my best guess is that they all saw something or dealt with something crazy on the job that made them go home and think “I gotta take advantage of the moments I have with my wife and family” People don’t really know some of the horrific things firefighters see on the job and how much it makes them appreciate what they have back home

The photos of the babies on their fathers' firefighter jackets is so powerful, knowing that their fathers could very easily face danger and not make it back home one day. That jacket could be one of the few things that baby would have that belonged to their fathers.

The year my son was born, our small rural community had 11baby boys and 1 girl born during the summer. Their age group at church totaled 23. That is an entire school class! And what’s even better, they were all good, responsible kids.

Yup! There's always a baby boom there pre and post deployment too! My youngest is a pre Gulf Part 1 baby. Deliberately planned too. We were planning another and when he was to be deployed, decided to try but concentrate on R & R post tour to actually get pregnant.... he went away, leaving a normal wife, R & R was mid pregnancy and gave birth on his return. There wee loads of other babies too!
* It's basic human survival/psychology to want to spread seed before facing adversity, to ensure the continuation of the human race....

How beautiful! Congratulations moms & dads, one good thing due to Covid! I have a People magazine that showed all the mom’s that were pregnant when 9/11 horror happened. There were 37 babies born by those mom’s who had lost their spouses that day! I’m not sure of any were NYPD/FDNY or if their spouses were killed when theTowers imploded!
