I honestly cant understand why anyone would want to edit on their phone. must be they cant afford a laptop or desktop. NO WAY YOU CAN GET THE DETAIL USING A TINY SCREEN AND YOUR FINGERS. No reflection to your video . it was well done BTW!
Well yes, I think that's one big reason, but also that you can do it on the go and it sometimes is easier to do it with apps, as it is a lot less complicated interface... BUT yes, I was thinking exactly the same thing when I started and I have a couple tricks how to edit on the phone, such as using a pen with a rubber ending instead of my finger to be able to edit more precise 🤗
I think Lightroom would be the best, that's at least what all the food photographers I know use! But it's only for free until a certain point, so if you don't want to spend any money maybe try Snapseed 🤗

Oh I think you can have 10 layers can't you? But agree with the drop shadow! Acutally maybe it's available now in PS Express, maybe check that out!

I was wearing the hat in the image, but at some heads I changed the color of it into orange (it is originally red) 😊
