Day to day they would deal with preventing people from sneaking in, dealing with rowdy (and probably drunk) attendants and crowd control. The most those guards would be expected to do in for a active shooting would be to evacuate the building so the police could settle the situation.
If I remember correctly, this was a prank and the "security guard" was just a normal guy pretending to pat people down. Obviously, because he wasn't an actual security guard, he only pretended to pat the people down. Hence the video even existing and lack of metal detectors

People need to understand why this is bannable behavior in esports. It's not just about viewership or fair play. CS:GO had a lucrative esports betting scene. Thrown rounds no matter the reasoning immediately brings up questions of match fixing. Sure, the intent may have been to win the match by throwing a round, but what happens when a pro team throws a round and then gets stomped in the match? The only reason this rule isnt still in effect in IEM and other tournaments is just that's such a difficult judgement call for refs that they couldnt enforce it.

IF we see a molotov banana on inf, this means CT MUST have a smg (600 USD bonus) or even shotgun (900 USD bonus). He cannot afford a rifle and a molly in round 2, which means he IS trying to farm money. The best thing to do is to actually die in flame and give him 1500 kill bonus instead of potential 4500. And this also means he MUST spend rest of money to buy rifle to fight your AK next round - or continue with SMG/shotgun and risk losing the round. Its cynical but maxing your percentages

Give up any chance of getting a kill and getting better guns next round while basically giving the enemy a free round AND free money without any risk of them having to use any other equipment. If they manage to get a couple kills, then they’ve made the enemy waste that money and they also get a free weapon.

Only useful once you know they're on a save round. Mollies are critical pieces of utility, and it would be way too easy to fool the enemy into thinking you were on a save to prevent usage of the mollies.

Since we are sharing stories I’ll share mine, happened on October 20th, 2022 me and my brother were bow hunting and he had shot a coyote(varmint in Michigan so it’s legal) it was like 930-10pm and it was dark, we couldn’t find the coyote so we started walking back up to our camp, we had gotten to the middle of the field we were hunting when we both got the feeling of being watched so we did the dumb thing and stopped to start looking around with our flashlights. I have trouble with low light due to an eye injury in 2020 but I saw two silvery looking eyes about ten feet up and a foot out to the side of a very thick oak tree, so I pointed out to my brother and he shined his light at it while we both were still standing there. It moved behind the tree so he handed me his light so he could use his binoculars to look and see what it was, at this point we were both freaked out so we booked it to our camp, and decided to sleep in his truck that night. He woke me up around 2am freaking out cuz he said he saw the eyes again inside the barn we hang our deer in but by the time I looked I couldn’t see anything. When we got up at 530 we both had that guy sick dread like feeling so we left and didn’t go back til rifle season. We still don’t know what we saw but we both carry a firearm no matter what when we are out there
I think its crazy people are saying its better to risk giving the opponent $3k+ to try to win a round and gain$1.5k-2.5k while behind in both armor and weapons. Its better to give them $1.5k and challenge them the 3rd round. A funny counter to this strat is to gamble and have 1 person not buy anything except a molly and hope they run into the molly. This should be enough income for a awp.

I have trouble with low light due to an eye injury in 2020 but I saw two silvery looking eyes about ten feet up and a foot out to the side of a very thick oak tree, so I pointed out to my brother and he shined his light at it while we both were still standing there. It moved behind the tree so he handed me his light so he could use his binoculars to look and see what it was, at this point we were both freaked out so we booked it to our camp, and decided to sleep in his truck that night. He woke me up around 2am freaking out cuz he said he saw the eyes again inside the barn we hang our deer in but by the time I looked I couldn’t see anything. When we got up at 530 we both had that guy sick dread like feeling so we left and didn’t go back til rifle season. We still don’t know what we saw but we both carry a firearm no matter what when we are out there

I think its crazy people are saying its better to risk giving the opponent $3k+ to try to win a round and gain$1.5k-2.5k while behind in both armor and weapons. Its better to give them $1.5k and challenge them the 3rd round. A funny counter to this strat is to gamble and have 1 person not buy anything except a molly and hope they run into the molly. This should be enough income for a awp.
