@@XOIsot60fps every 10 seconds or so? It's choppy as fk. Either you fked up the video, or you don't know how 60 fps looks... My framerate is consistently on 59-60 (probably alot more now that i've ordered my 3090). This is not 60.

The whole video is 1080p 60fps Ik the quality drops every know and then drops but fps is fine, you either need better internet or need to learn the video quality button in settings
