The parallels of those three Hashirama, Kakashi and Naruto with the three Uchiha; Madara, Obito and Sasuke were Soo Badass in this opening!!! The song hits really hard with the kickass guitar from the very beginning!! 1:13 The part of the Hokage standing with their backs to us, the light seeping through, makes me emotional with shivers!! Legends!

Little did I know that this was the start of finding my favorite band in Japan. Gintama was the series that solidified it. What a fantastic song...really action packed and heavy. The band is very tight. And of course, to top it off, the Kakashi vs Obito fight along with the 4 hokage. While Silhouette may have stolen the spotlight for other people, I enjoyed this one more.
I’ve liked this song for years and recently watched gintama and am addicted to shura (Ed 5), dounten (op5) and breakdown (from the final movie)

I got more into the older bands over time (B’z, Spitz, the pillows, X JAPAN, etc.) so I don’t have DOES at number 1 anymore, but obviously I still love them! “Bakuchi Dancer” is probably my favorite by them from the Gintama stuff, love the drums in it as well as when it plays in the first Gintama movie, quite the epic montage! Still have Gintama as my favorite anime, it was quite a ride that not many other series felt like.

Love this song. This band, DOES, had some incredible stuff in the series Gintama. They made their name in that series, and thought it’d be a good idea to expand their audience, so they did one for this series. Worked out pretty excellent!
