Always loved the last part of the opening (1:16-1:29), where Naruto carries that bamboo tree of the Tanabata. The Tanabata is a festival where japanese people write their wishes on those pieces of paper and then they hang them on the bamboo tree. When I watched this opening I immediately understood the meaning: Naruto is carrying the wishes of everyone in the war. I love it.

I’m sorry but seeing kurama shed a tear in this opening makes me teary eyed, the music hits perfectly just right. It captures everything that has happened between the both of him and for the first time we see kurama vulnerable and able to show enough emotion to cry. It hits me every time

If you deduct filler and cannon flash backs it’s only like 100 episodes (like half the great ninja war is filler there is a website where u can se all the filler) plus the fact that some events where taking place at the same time.

This is one of the most nostalgic naruto openings for me. Reminds me of being in school and when I had all the time in the world to watch naruto, while new episodes were still coming out. :)

This unexpectedly hit me in the feels. I was so emotionally invested in Naruto and appreciated what he went through to be who he became... His son on the other hand😖

Theres a big difference between naruto and boruto
Naruto had nothing at the start but obtained evrythig in the end
Boruto story is about a kid who had evrything and we lose it all in the end (not spoilers it litterly in the frst minute of ep 1)

If naruto+shipuuden were made today,in a seasonal way rather than weekly,it would look like this,have little to no filler and better pacing.
time and budget well many animes today have this quality in almost every episodes so i think it wasnt the right time for them to make this serie
actually look at fire force or attack on titan or kabaneri of the iron fortress animating or legend of korra and maybe boruto too have fighting animations better

I’m sorry but seeing kurama shed a tear in this opening makes me teary eyed, the music hits perfectly just right. It captures everything that has happened between the both of him and for the first time we see kurama vulnerable and able to show enough emotion to cry. It hits me every time
