The Bible says that Cain took one of his sisters and left his family. This isn't like it is today, not because thats the only choice they had but that Adam and Eve were created perfect, with pure genetic vitality, and so this wasn't something gross. Plus, yes, Adam and Eve had to have had more than 100 children think about that the fact that Adam and Eve were created to live forever and so they had perfect bodies with no flaws and God intended for them to be fruitful and multiple. Within them was most likely the ability to have children that genetically speaking weren't the same. Three sisters had all taken a DNA test and they all had ancestry from different parts of the globe but with the same parents. I would imagine having beautiful perfect bodies that this was even more true. The genetic vitality grew less and less but with Noah and his sons and repopulating the earth, now they were marrying cousins. Abraham married his cousin and so did Isaac and Jacob
About the 4:30 minute you say that "OK, we can understand that" [abortion] when someone argues "what about in the case of saving the mother." I have to disagree with that statement as abortion by definition is "the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy" which is not the case when an un-born baby dies while trying to save the mother. But appreciate your Bible Q/A.
It is astounding, how the Christ fantasy ignores Jesus saying, "This is a wicked generation seeking signs, the only sign given is Jonah," a believer murdered by a larger number of believers. The King of the Jews is mounted on a stick, because Romans made a parody of the avatar, the icon. "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:" Galatians 3:13

Cain may have married a niece. A sister wasn’t necessarily his only option.
Sons and daughters. The Bible is very specific
