Not a day goes by where I don’t look back at the contributions I made for this game and smile in earnest. BRC modding came to me during a depressing time where I thought life was just me against the world and we wanted nothing to do with eachother. Overtime, As I put more work into this hobby, people began to appreciate it and provide me with thier support, which made it all worthwhile. This is just beautiful- after years of being obsessed with Jet Set Radio, playing through the first game, being able to emulate Future a few years later after that, then going through the trip that was BRC after that long of a wait for a new game...man, I already remember having some fun with the first versions of Slop Crew and participating in one score attack tournament, but *THIS*. *THIS* is what all the old and new crews must have been dreaming for. Being able to ball with all your buddies on the street on New Amsterdam, Tokyo-To, Metal City and more [I'm very happy to see that KyoGS got to feature his map here]. Even if I'll still miss the old JSRFMP after it suddenly was almost entirely shutdown out of nowhere, I'm glad that its spirit is going to live on through the brand new passion of y'all madmen at Jakes for bringing this game to a whole new level. Rock on and keep painting the city, JKS.
I just got into BRC 5 days ago, and finished the atory 2 days a go, i just installed mods yesterday, and i gotta say, this is probably one of the coolest fucking community endeavors ever made, absolute peak

Is it a specific mod I can download myself? (I would really like to download it with the multiplayer mod for games between me and my friends apart from the Slop Crew community.) I actually love the idea of custom characters, so please let me know! This video is super well done, amazing job!
I feel the same exact way. However, I can't join (no pc), and I have no idea if Ps5/Switch will be getting more updates as it's been so quiet (unless I'm wrong) 😢...this vid adds on the crave of getting though, it rocks!

This looks awesome btw with the multiplayer can you still gain heat and fight the police? And also if there are police in multiplayer would it be possible to make them super aggressive in the sense that they just throw everything at you from heat 3 and start stacking Mechs. Also combat mod is so cool but i feel police could either use a rework or a buff to make all units more formidable

Would there be anyone able to mod the run/walk speed to be a bit faster? I like the soap shoe mod for parkour stuff but feel like I’m always going to slow when not using board, skates, or bikes. If not it’s okay great vid either way love the attention this game is getting

No you need to download them still. It’s just that if a player is using a mod you downloaded, you will see them as that character in game.
You can see other peps skin, as long as you get it downloaded, its synced in a way.
