Pastor Maldonado - Getting penalized for speeding in the pitlane while serving a penalty for speeding in the pitlane.... Beat that! :D
+Tore B Hungary last year, right? Didn't he get three penalties that race?
+Tore B again, Pastor is the worst driver to ever be put in an F1 car
+Tore B LOL! he's such a clown that guy.
+Tore B lol
+Sal Martinez He won a race iirc...there are much worse drivers *cough* Yuji Ide *cough*
Sebastian Vettel: Fastest ever penalty.
In Turkey 2006 he was handed a penalty for speeding in the pitlane 9 seconds into his F1 career.
LOL
vettels first start was in 2007 with bmw wasnt it?at indy.
agurobe
Yes, but he started doing friday practices the years before.
Raffini actually 6 seconds
6 i think not 9
"To break that record a driver would have to win 5 races a year for 18 years!!"
Lewis Hamilton winning 11 races a year for 5 seasons: *Hold my TIRES*
🤣😭😭😭😭
Max verstappen - youngest driver to score points. With new regulations this season his record is literally unbeatable (for now)
+Formulamono year after year you're gonna see younger drivers come into Formula One so i doubt Max's record is gonna stand for long.
+Hamlet telmaH That's one racist fucking comment. 2016 and shit is still the same.Oh and for the past two season's and the next few I will be watching LEWIS HAMILTON 44 the person you have hatred for because he's black continue to dominate Formula One enjoying it while you continue to hate. FN Suka. #DontTolerateTheHate #LH44
+Hamlet telmaH no, regulations came in this year making the minimum age for a driver 18. until that changes no one will beat maxes record
+palko stevensen hahahahhaaha
Yes, until they change the rules again.
What's about Brawn F1 teams that is the most successful F1 team, they won the 100% of the championships that they competed: 1
+Juan Manuel Santoyo Urbina on a similar note, the Brabham BT46B has a 100% win rate. As it only entered 1 race
+Juan Manuel Santoyo Urbina Ha nice one!
+Jak Ando yea but that is just a chassis out of a team. That's like chassis number 2 of any team driving and winning only one race before retirement, which has been done before.
Themayseffect Doesn't matter. Ross boought the team and that makes it his. He won the championship and Button won his one and only. I honestly believe that Button could not win a championship in any car that didn't have a huge advantage. He's a good steady driver, great in the rain but just not as fast in equal cars.
2011?
Thankfully, I suspect "Most Deaths in a Single Year" will never happen again.
4 Drivers Died in 1958
For the age we were in when that happened I'd say 1994 is more impressive: 2 died, even in the same weekend and with barrichello we went close to 3, consider how safety improved in those 36 years.
MysterUnknown2 is that you posting from the future? Can you explain us how time travel actually works? xD
MysterUnknown2 yeahhh from where did the hell u got 36 years from 1994???
1958-1994
Ah i see, thanks for pointing that out :)
Hi. Dre here, the original narrator of this video.
Whoops.
Just saw your post on Twitter 😂
“The 91 is never going down”
Oh how the tables have turned
“ I think his 91 wins are the most untouchable thing in F1 history”
Who’s watching after Hamilton has 92 wins now?
and where’s the channel gone to ?
hamilton after this video: hold my merc
Well, if you give someone the best car for 7 years in a row, and never try to break their dominance, and make it easy to overtake (with electric motor and DRS) then yeah, a record can be broken. But only because of so much assistance. Since the fastest car profits the most from DRS. Slower cars can't come close enough to use it, and even if they do, they are too slow to actually finish the overtake. ERS and DRS have made winning easier for the most dominant team. They shouldn't compare victories with and without DRS.
@@cinegraphics Remember Bottas is in a Merc too
The driver makes the difference
@@lindsaymartinez5341 nobody said that Hamilton isn't a great driver. Certainly better than Bottas. But the problem is that there are other great drivers on the track that could replace Hamilton and score the same number of victories (if not more) in that car. Vettel also had a superior car from 2010 to 2013. But, from those 4 years, his car was totally dominant for 2.5 years. The remaining 1.5 years he had competition that was equally fast. And still, out of those 2.5 years he managed to win 4 WDCs. Now... if someone gave Vettel a super-dominant car for 15 seasons, he'd certainly win at least 12 WDCs. But would that make him the best driver of all times? Nope. Because of the abnormally long stretch of driving the best car. Well, same thing with Hamilton. He's a fast driver, but nobody else got such a long run of driving the abnormally dominant car. Hence, it doesn't really matter how many WDCs he collect, the audience (and even the F1 experts) can't really admit he's the best. One has to show his value in a car that has competition.
91 Wins will be broken when F1 continues to add more races per season.
That's what I thought!
For example, Max Verstappen (wether you love him or hate him) has a decent chance of getting there! Barely 19 years old and already has his first win under his belt! He's in it for the long haul!
And with Red Bull expected to be the dominant car next year...
jdmikeg4 agreed, it'll easily be beaten. 10 wins a year is 9 years, or get a good car under your ass (like Merc) and you could possibly win every race in a season. So that'd only take about 4 and a half seasons (unlikely to happen, but not impossible)
I think this whole thread needs a fact check....."modern" F1 races are short and frequent. Classic Era F1 races were serial but extremely long. Would not the length of the race act as a factor? OK - the 1957 German GP at the Nurburgring was 22 laps..311 miles...and it was THREE AND A HALF HOURS of driving. With no power steering or any other pansy "aids". 3 1/2 hours. Think on.
Indeed. And since drivers start at a way younger age, it gets even easier. Wouldn't say easy, but ...
Smarter is to count the percentage of wins, where Senna and Prost are virtually identical, apart from Prost racing a couple years more ..
And if Mercedes continues to be dominant and Hamilton retires in his late 30s when yes
I'm here when Hamilton just got his 91st win. Unbreakable huh.
Yeah, but with ERS+DRS. Which makes overtaking easier for the most dominant car. Without DRS I doubt he'd have that many wins.
@@cinegraphics non sense
@@kevinmbangue9226 you're right, with that car it doesn't matter if he has DRS or ERS. It's just the fastest and grippiest car in history. The rest of the grid looks like F2 cars compared to Mercedes.
Who's here after Hamilton got his 92nd win?
The one record that will never be broken in formula 1 again in the modern era was set by Australian Jack Brabham. The only man to design, built and drive a car to the f1 world championship.
+Garry 64 build*
+TroubleMJ05 the gaming legend (the trouble maker) pedantic
Garry 64 mc laren?
David Muraya Bruce never won a championship in a car of his own
@@dorabora2936 No, the past of build is built, he is right
Fangio: wining world championships with 4 different car manufacturers. That is definetely not going to happen again
Also, the oldest World Champion. And what about Nürburgring '57? I'm pretty sure he nailed some pretty records back then. The fact that the numbers of races have being increasing over the years have let him out of most of the "total" records, but he will never be taken out of most of the "percentage" records. That's for sure.
And that's why he's the best driver of all times. GOAT. He didn't have the best car for 7 years in a row, like one other driver...
I think Jack Brabham winning both the World Driver's Championship as a driver and also the World Constructor's Championship as a constructor in the same year will never be matched or beaten
And the fact that he raced in one of his own cars.
Doing my team career mode before it was popular
Max Vertappen, youngest racer to ever compete in an F1 race. Since the rules were changed to a higer age it simply can't be broken anymore.
Those are the truest type of "unbreakable" records because you actually can't do them anymore, lol. It's like lap records from back when a track was completely different. Can't ever go back to the past, can't beat the track record from back then in that track configuration, lol.
Well, rules can change again in the future.
"91 is never going down"
ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT?
*Breaking Schumacher's 91 wins record is impossible*
Hamilton after his 95th win: Bono, my competitions are gone
Max Verstappen's driver of the day count?
Ace Reaction he'll probably break that record next year ;)
Schumacker probably won more, If they counted
Who’s here after Hamilton just got his 81st win
Maybe me
89
91
Yup we’ve reached this comment hasn’t aged well😂
Other likely unbreakable records in F1, without any kind of sort, which haven't been mentoined by others in this comment section:
- Most consecutive race retirements: Andrea de Cesaris (what a shocking surprise): 22 (18 DNF).
- Most retirements in a season: Andrea de Cesaris, 16 (14 DNF), from 16(!) races.
- Shortest Formula One career (excluding test drivers): Marco Apicella, 1 race, 1993 Italian Grand Prix, 800 driven metres.
- Most gains from starting position: Jim Rathmann, 30(!!!), 32nd to 2nd in 1957. Indianapolis 500 (don't forget, that Indy races were part of the F1 schedule for a decade, from 1950 to 1960).
- Most races left in a season when becoming world champion: Michael Schumacher, 6 races, he won the championship in the 11th race of the 17 race season, 2002.
- Highest percentage of podium finishes in a season: Michael Schumacher (who else?), inhuman 17/17, 100%, 2002.
- Most different race winners in consecutive races: 9, 1961-1962 and 1982.
- Drivers world champion with most constructors: Juan Manuel Fangio, 4(!!!), (Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, Maserati, Ferrari)
- Most consecutive seasons with at least one win from debut season: Lewis Hamilton, 9, (2007-2015, but obviously he has a chance to extend this streak to 10 with at least one win this year).
- Most race winners in one year: 11(!!), the legendary season of 1982.
- Fewest race wins by a world champion in his appropriate championshig winning year: 1(!!), Mike Hawthorn (1958), Keke Rosberg (1982)
- World champion with fewest career wins: 3(!!!!), Mike Hawthorn (champion of 1958), Phil Hill (champion of 1961).
- World champion with fewest career points: 98, Phil Hill.
- Fewest pole positions scored in a championship winning season: 0(!!!!), Denny Hulme (1967, Niki Lauda (1984)
- Oldest average of podium finishers: 46 years, 263 days (1950 Swiss Grand Prix: Nino Farino, Luigi Fagioli, Louis Rosier).
- Longest time between successive race starts: 3767 days, incredible 10(!) years: Jan Lammers, 1982 Dutch Grand Prix - 1992 Japanese Grand Prix.
- Most grid-place penalties against a single driver: 70 (WTF???), Jenson Button, 2015 Mexican Grand Prix
- Most pit stops in a single race by the winning driver: 6, Jenson Button, 2011 Canadian Grand Prix.
- Most consecutive points finishes: 27, Kimi Raikkönen, 2012 Bahrain Grand Prix, 2013 Hungarian Grand Prix. (Although it's arguable whether this record can be beaten or not, but IMO it's impossible to surpass Raikkönen's feat.)
- Most fastest laps: 77, Michael Schumacher.
- Most consecutive podium finishes from first race of season: 17(!), Michael Schumacher, 2002.
- Most fastest lap at the same Grand Prix: 7, Nigel Mansell (British GP), Michael Schumacher (Spanish Grand Prix).

- Most consecutive pole positions: 8, Ayrton Senna, 1988 Spanish GP -1989 United States GP.
- Most wins at the same Grand Prix: 8(!), Michael Schumacher (French Grand Prix).
- Oldest driver to start a race: 55 years, 292 days, Louis Chiron (1955 Monaco Grand Prix).
- Oldest driver to enter a race: 58 years, 288 days, Louis Chiron (1958 Monaco Grand Prix).
This single record makes Fangio the best of all time...
- Drivers world champion with most constructors: Juan Manuel Fangio, 4(!!!), (Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, Maserati, Ferrari)
Fangio won 50% of the races he started. By far the most impressive F1 stat IMO. For anyone wondering, the second highest is Jim Clark @ ~33%.
I would include on the list:
-Most laps lead without a win: Chris Amon - 183
-Most constructors entered with: Chris Amon - 13 (Lola, Lotus, Brabham, Cooper, Ferrari, March, Matra, Techo, Tyrrell, Amon, BRM, Ensign, Williams).
GroundHOG20101 q
- Closest finish: 0.18 seconds between 1st and 4th place, 0.61 seconds between 1st and 5th place (1971 Italian GP)
- Longest race track ever: 25.8 kilometres (Pescara Circuit)
- F1 driver with most Motorcycle Grand Prix championship wins: 7 (John Surtees)
- Oldest F1 race winner: 53 years (Luigi Fagioli)
Also Max Verstappen, youngest to race and youngest to win first time
Robert Bellemakers most drivers of the day in any season by any driver
Robert Bellemakers he will be 2nd in that list next season because there's an even younger guy that will start
If the Stroll wins in 2017 then yes, he may take Verstappen out as youngest winner, but Max will always be youngest driver to drive to F1 race because after he started at 17 F1 changed the rules, making it a requirement that drivers be 18 or over to take part in races. It's a record that no one can break now.
South4153 max was 17 when he drove his first race and the limit is now set to 18 so it is unbreakable
Same way the rule was changed yesterday, the rule might change tomorrow. There is no such thing as unbreakable.
one and a half years later the N1 doesn't actually look that untouchable anymore. Hamilton is now on 61 wins and better start to win ratio than Schumi.
Fewest starters at 6 for 2005 us GP.
+geariagaldgkja i still shake my head at that race.... i was almost certain that would be on the list too
+geariagaldgkja I remember that race, thanks to Michelin for that... NOT. Despite all that freedom in testing, they still caused that debacle.
yea it was probably one of the lowest moments in F1. probably why they didn't come back to the US till 2012
The thing is though; all the cars participated in the parade lap, which means that, technically, they did start...
At least, that's what the FIA would want you to believe.
I guess that just makes it most simultaneous retirements with 16.
"91 is never going down" well that looks increasingly unlikely in 2019
Lewis will get it
It’s gone already
Hes done it 😎
Bruno Senna-the most over hyped driver? Ayrton said he was faster than him!
To be fair, Bruno was never in a decent car
Lotus in 2011 and Williams in 2012 weren't that bad
After Ayrton died, his mother forbid him from racing. He didn't race a car for 10 years before he could convince his mother, and he still made his way up to F1
He was faster, but then he quit racing and became sh1t
David Baker he's faster than you .
Andrea de Cesaris's record is also immortal, and never can be beaten: Most retirements by a single driver in a career, 148. RIP Andrea
91 victories will never be beaten? So sure about that these days? 😂
Haha I was thinking the same. Hamilton is now at 78. He could easily pass the 91 mark with in two years now.
@@tinasheroy Hamilton will beat it
The way they keep increasing the number of races per season, the 91 victories record may eventually fall.
+Merto6 Yes but more races per season means more chances for something to go wrong and more chances of somebody else beating you. As much as some people don't like him, Hamilton is probably the only one who could get close right now, and even I don't think that's gonna happen.
I also think this could fall. Look at the way red bull dominated for 4 years. Vettel got like 40 wins in 4 years. Now its merc and lewis. Merc has had what 40 wins in 2 years. If lewis could dominate nico they way seb dominated mark then lewis could have idk 15-17 wins this year?
+Merto6 I honestly think Hamilton has a chance at breaking this, he is so young and just so driven (pardon the pun) and talented.
Adam GAMER it really all depends on how long mercedes can stay dominant for. If they have a stint like ferrari did for a few years then he'll have a shot, but that same team are catching mercedes fast.
+Adam GAMER - 31 is not "so young". Hamilton would have to dominate every season for the rest of his career to stand a chance.
Hamilton is now at 61 wins. When he stays in the dominant car, it is not unrealistic to see him getting 10 wins each season for the next 3 years.
What about the Mercedes team being the most humorless team in F1 history?
+Austin Shields Now that's just sassy. :P
True, but watching Toto Wolff trying to recall something from the past season when asked a question is pretty funny.
Toto Wolff funny? It must have been a glitch in his programming or something.. maybe they had a mistake in their maths..
+Austin Shields Think they might be tied with williams on that one...
its true they so german lol ive never remembered dominance being so boring. on tht note german engineering is the best.. when japan is asleep
Oldest F1 champion : Nino Farina (54). Standing since 1950.
+The Shadow Nino Farina was 44 not 54. He was actually 43 years, 308 days. Juan Manuel Fangio won his third WDC at 44, then another one at 45, and his last at 46. Sorry to say Nino is only the second oldest, and that's if you don't count Fangio more than once.
Farina was 44 not 54
I'm watching this video in 2019 and Hamilton now sits at 78 wins and could easily break Schumacher's 91 win record within the next two seasons.
Hamilton 73 wins, 18 away from the record, he won 11 races this year and was only his 11th season in 2018
Lmao now here we are watching Hamilton probably breaking the 91 wins record easily. He already has 73. Now imagine he winning like 7-8 races 2019 and 2020. So it's 99% sure he will break it, unless he retires ofc
Max Verstappens recent win at Spain only 18 years and 228 days old, worth consider that last year FIA put age restrictions so no one under 18 can participate in an F1 season making it virtually impossible to break.
Virtually, but not impossible....
Youngest driver (MV too) can't be broken.
That's highly unlikely, seeing Williams is 5th in the constructors right now.
yes. 17 years and around 200 days.(malaysia 2015)
Lie about your age ? as in WW1 ?
Hymer300 to beat it you have to get your FIA super license when you turn 18 then you have to get to F1 and then go to Mercedes insanely difficult but not impossible
Max's record cannot be broken either - youngest F1 driver ever.
And, his youngest race winner record will probably never be broken either
what about Indianapolis start 2005? Just 6 cars started the race (Ferrari,Jordan and minardi I think).
+zombiekill-88 I was at that race it was my first F1 race I was so pissed. At least they gave us free tickets for the 2006 race.
+Tim H And rightly so. That was embarissing as an F1fan. Glad they build a good US track this time around that produces some good races. Hope you guys are enjoying it a bit at your side of the pound.
+Tim H i was also there as my first race. i was mad on that day but looking back now i was there for 4 days and had an awesome time and went to something historic.
@@timh5653 that's kinda cool though. sure it was embarrassing but it's not really f1s or even less the organizers (of the track) mistake. think it's cool they gave you free tickets
Here's one you forgot: 5 consecutive Monaco wins by Ayrton Senna (6 in total). Somebody is unlikely to ever win 5 times in a row again at Monaco.
gold333 wow I didn't knew that, that record is more hard to brake than those 5 in the vid
I strongly doubt the 91 wins is safe.
Not anymore! LH!
Haha nice one
Verstappen, youngest driver ever (17) because the age has been raised to 18.
He was sixteen when he signed the contract, does that count?;-)
+krulq54321 I think the start should count as you maybe make a mistake or go against rules which might involve you being banned from formula 1 racing.
+ChickoOn Yeah good point
Max was 16 when he made his debut I though?
I still remember Jerez 97 and that moment of all three having the same time was so special, I still remember that 1:21,072 today :)
Luigi Fagioli - Oldest person to win an F1 Race at 53 Years, 22 Days. With the extreme fitness required to drive today's cars, i cannot see that record being beaten.
Gotta love Canada 2011 and Button coming from the back to win
shortest f1 career before earning a penalty, 8 seconds - vettel
6
6 seconds actually
+needude72 Ryo Haryanto (Mrt really) beat that!! Maybe 1 or 2 seconds, until the Haas crash.
+AJHedges someone said it fuckin 3 weeks ago why do you need to repeat it dude ?!
Lotus cola Haryanto's collision came after 3 weeks, counting pre season testing as an f1 career. Vettel's penalty came from his first ever time in an f1 car
John Surtees.
The only person who have won World Championships on both two and four wheels.
7 on two wheels: 350ccm - '58, '59, '60 and 500ccm - '56, '58, '59, '60.
1 on four wheels: '64.
Thomas Doe what?
Back when it was possible to compete in multiple motorsports at the same time John Surtees won both the F1 world title AND superbikes world title. It's literally impossible to do that now.
Not Superbikes but Grand Prix Class (Superbikes many years after) Valentino Rossi had the chance with offers from Ferrari and declined, he was the most likely to have achieved that....Pity would have loved to have seen him in F1
It's a video about formula 1 records dumbass, not overtly random career achievements in the motorsport realm...
Kyong Hansen He was a F1 champion. What's your point?
Hamilton might get the 91 wins of Schumacher, he's at 71 already.
biggest gap between F1 starts, set by Jan Lammers. Lammers left F1 in 1982 but in 1992 he made a comeback. That left a gap of 10 years inbetween F1 starts! With how F1 is nowadays this record will probably stand forever.
Hillclimbfan1990 if someone comes into the F1 at a young age, doesn't suceed, but becomes a legend in another racing series and gets back as a substitution towards the end of his career
Hillclimbfan1990 maybe Robert Kubica could break that record now?
Best driver to ever be denied a seat by FIA.. Sebastian Loeb..
Are you seriously telling me Loeb tried to get into F1? How much i would pay to see that...
He was planning to get to F1 with Toro Rosso after some tests with both Red Bull teams, but he couldn't get a superlicense since he never participated in any junior formula to score points for it
Hamilton's only 39 wins away from that Schumacher one though...
Tom Haden ROSBERG CHAMPION
Ruud Van Lingen HAMILTON 3X CHAMPION
Vettel 4x champion. suck on that
Before he got handed the most dominant car we've seen in a generation, Hamilton averaged 2.7 wins per season. The ONLY reason he's being discussed in the same sentence as Schumacher is because he's in a car that's 2 seconds faster than the next best. Schumacher never had the speed advantage that Lewis has. Schumacher's rivals were almost always within a few tenths of his times and he was regularly out-qualified. To come close to Schumacher's record, Hamilton will need to hope that Ferrari and Redbull don't catch up to the Mercedes' development. Ricciardo will be a world champion at some point, as will Verstappen. Vettel is also far from finished. Hamilton breaking Schmachers record is far from certain.
Chris Kelly your facts are so wrong 😂he won 22 races in 6 seasons at McLaren, how is 22÷6 2.7? the car isn't two seeconds faster, sky sports even published figures where they were winning qualifying by only 0.4-0.5 at the end of the season.
3 years of Merc's domination & LH will beat "91 win" record
+GURken Hamilton still has to win 48 races to beat Schumi, and he is 31 years old...
Santiago Abascal You were saying LMAOOO
Youngest point scorer ever: Max Verstappen 17 years old
+Bart van Dorssen i was thinking the same thing!
+Bart van Dorssen That's not unbreakable because this video discusses records that cannot be broken because of certain variables that exist today.
Well, since the "verstappen rule", you have to be 18 to participate in F1. So...
FloppyHares Ah okay, I just looked it up. I hadn't seen that.
Bart van Dorssen he was 18 and test driver at 17
What about Hamilton? Currently he is taking most of Schumacher's records?
hamitlon has 62 gp won after us gp this weekend
pole record has already been broken this season by hamilton
and hamilton has better % of races stared to races won conversion than michael
they're both about 29%, but hamilton is a bit higher
he needs 29 more wins, i can see that happening in 4-5years if he stay in f1 for that long, he's going to break most of michael records and became the true goat f1 driver
Ade BiH 72 wins now!
Max verstappen: Youngest f1 driver ever at the age of 17 minimum age has been restricted to 18 so that 1 will never be broken.
Max Verstappen is the youngest winner of a Grand Prix; he was 18 years and 227 days old
RekTrain yup didnt even had his drivers license yet
wtf is that 2 at 3:50
its like a combined 2 and 9
Me too
Here's a record that will, if not ever be broken, won't be broken for a LONG time - closest GP finish. The three-way qualifying tie reminded me of it! It's officially listed as Peter Gethin winning the 1971 Italian GP by 0.01s, but because it wasn't timed to the thousandth of a second, it's debatable whether it's closer than USA '02 (0.011s - and we know how that went down) or Spain 1986 (0.014s). Either way, I feel like in today's era of wider gulfs between teams in races, less chances for races to fluctuate and go back and forth, as well as the sheer difficulty in cars being able to run close together or side-by-side, means it'll be a LONG time before we see these records beaten - unless someone goes for another staged photo-finish and pulls it off.
+Team Bombersports There was a British Grand Prix where the time between 1st and 6th places was less than 1 second.
Hamilton is 10 races away from Schumacher’s 91.
Hamilton has an average of 10 wins every season for the last 4 years, I think he will beat that record in 3 years if he continues like this.
You were right 😉
This needs updating. Hamilton is like 15 wins of the record now, plus with the current W10 being so dominant, he is in reaching distance.
Hamilton may be the first to 100 wins anhd 100 poles. Less than 20 away from both
The Record with 91 wins gets broken faster as we think. I mean how many races do they drive in a season today?
He’s got a point
Well, if you have the most dominant car, then having ERS + DRS makes it much easier to break the record. Without DRS it wouldn't be easy to regain the position that easy after returning from pit stop (especially if other drivers have a different strategy). DRS is most useful to the most dominant team. It makes the races more interesting among midfield cars, but more boring and predictable among the top 2 positions. DRS works really bad in a situation when there's no competition between the top cars (like we have today).
Nice streak until #1. Hamilton looks primed to break that 91 win record. 30 wins out.
F1 GP win with he most cylinder: 16 Jim Clark 1966 Watkins Glen.
Hamilton is on 67 so far. Has 9 races left this season, could be 70+ by the end of 2018. 2 more seasons at the current rate and Hamilton will beat 91 F1 wins...possibly even get 100+ by the end of his career
Hamilton 73 wins, just 18 left...with 2 good seasons he will pass MSC
Hamilton is now at 61 wins. Don't put Schumy's record as "untouchable" just yet..
Uhh, try 53.
61 poles :)
my bad, got ahead of myself there ;-)
No worries lol.
62 after us gp this weekend
pole record has already been broken this season by hamilton
and hamilton has better % of races stared to races won conversion than michael
they're both about 29%, but hamilton is a bit higher
Clicking on the video, I looked at the date and thought "Hm 2016, M.Verstappen is the youngest driver ever and they changed the rules right after.. youngest point scorer as well, so he must be in"
Mmmmmnope.
"The 91 is never going down!" Hmmmmmm ... Interesting :-)
max verstapen set 4 records that will never be beaten: youngest race winner, race leader, point scorer and podium. Because f1 rules changed minimum age with witch you can become f1 driver and max is exeption.
Most crashes
The circuit used for the 1957 Pescara Grand Prix was 25.5 km (15.8 miles) in length, and remains the longest circuit to be used for a Formula 1 World Championship Grand Prix - a record which will never be broken.
0:18 Haha I love your honesty, nothing worse than seeing someone bragging about how many hours they put into their videos, just to find out later that they copy a wikipedia page and call it a day :P
Wikipedia can content some mistakes too. And maybe he had more records to get verified.
Hamilton 73 wins currently...
Let's give him 2-3 more years and he'll break the record
Verstappen was the youngest driver to compete in an F1 race
that might be broken any time
Just wait for the rule to be changed then
Max Verstappen is the youngest winner of a Grand Prix; he was 18 years and 227 days old
Maldonado - Best crashing artist in the scene. By the percentage of 98.14% crash per race, he crashes into other cars, his teammates, the race stewards, the wall...... Sometimes he just crashes himself when things seem to be going too "normal".
Hamilton is up to 73 wins, Schumacher isn't going to be holding that record much longer
To Beat Schumacher's Record Of 91 Wins You'll Actually Need To Win 7 Races A Year For 13 Straight Seasons
How about Schumi's record of 5 consecutive titles?
Vettel came VERY close, but then turbo happened.
And indeed Brawn F1 with a 100% title score :) That'll only happen if Merc, Ferrari, Red Bull or McLaren make the ultimate chassis to the rules... only to then bail out>
Which is wat Honda did.
If Mercedese sercure 2019, i believe 6 consectutive Driver and Constructors will be a record(seems to be held by Ferraria with suchmachers 5)
I would say Lewis Hamilton with 69 Poles is pretty much a record that will be hard to beat, especially since he can still add on more poles to his tally before he decides to call an end to his F1 career (he beat Schumacher's 68 poles in the recent round at Monza).
Some of these will probably be beaten, but not before any rule changes.
Hamilton might best 91... He's already won 40 in 4 yrs
2018 Hamilton 71 wins maybe not unbreakable anymore
What about all the actual unbreakable records Juan Manuel Fangio still holds? For example, he is the oldest Formula 1 champion ever, being 46 years old, and still holding the highest percentage of wins (46%), among others
Youngest ever f1 race starter max verstappen
+MrIceman967 But who is to say the rule will not be changed again? Fecking F1 are always changing rules. Usually not for the better !
Now is a good time to rethink about that number 1 unbreakable record.
Max Verstappen has a very slight chance to beat Michael Schumachers 91 race wins
Yes, he only needs to win 92 more races.
+safar ektal if he has a good 10-15 year career he will be able to do it
He needs a good car tho :(
+SVStheG4MER True, just ask his father. :)
Lol Max won’t be the only talented driver on the grid for the next decade mate...
Belgium Spa 1998:
The largest crash at start. As in 8 cars totaled in one go, and the whole track was blocked so badly that some couldn't even get past the wreckage.
Lee Gee A, not liegur
This record can't be beaten. Winning on your debut! Well done Giancarlo Baghetti. He won by a tenth of a second.
I dunno.......Hamilton is only 32 and has 57 wins. 2017 could see him hit 60 wins fairly easily. I think he's got a shot at the record of 91.
If Hamilton races for another 5 years, which is more than likely given his dedication to the sport, and *if* he's kept in a top-tier team, then he's going to get pretty close to that 91-win landmark...
And here we are with Hamilton sitting on 84 wins, probably being able to beat it this season...
SPEED EZ 85 now 😎
This video hasn't aged well with Hamilton probably beating Schumacher's 91 wins in 2020
Verstappen as youngest driver to ever win a GP.
u lot need google in your lives
Michael Schumacher
Jim Clarke
Ayrton Senna
Lewis Hamilton
Nikki Lauda
You forgot the record that actually can't be beaten a 100% sure. Max verstappen was only 17 when he raced his first grand prix's, when Max turned 18 the FIA changed the minimum age to race in F1 to 18 years old, making Max the youngest F1 driver in history.
1954 British GP: 7 drivers got the fastest lap, with the 1 point awarded for fastest lap at the time being split into 7 equal parts, one for each of the drivers who got the fastest lap.
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1954_British_Grand_Prix
+Ant The Meepasaur lol thats funny. guessing they only scored whole numbers back then lol
I think then they only scored laps to 1 decimal place/tenths of a second
that makes sense. thats pretty amazing tho. i looked back at it and its funny seeing so many racers with 1/7 on their score
Looks like u can add one (Max verstappen winning a GP at the age of 18)
and youngest podium stander.
+Tom Backus And youngest driver leading a race :P
And potentially the youngest to win a championship
+blockhead330 you are right
this can be broken
I remember this video from way back. Well...
winning ratio
fangio: 46.15%
That 91 wins is about to be broken this year if not next😅
