Here, Eyex is literally giving us keys that unlock a greater experience of life, and thus, a greater expression through KRUMP... I think of Bruce Lee. How he was widely known on surface level as an elite and innovative martial artist. But often its skipped over how much of a philosopher and writer he was. As someone whose life has shifted for the better since learning of Bruce Lee's life and philosophy, I cherish the few and short interviews we still have of him. Of course his writing is incredible, but there is something about seeing a person speak their story/experience/knowledge to you. There's just an electricity felt - and I feel it here in this sharing. Krump is actually extremely healthy. Krumpted for about and hour and a half yesterday. completely forgot i was into this. been a skateboarder for 12 years. The one thing that KRUMP aids in is frequency to the back. Many peopl edont get "pet" and the frequency to the back is extremely vital to the bodies system which benefits the SPINE. The back and spine is the most important power house to the heart and brain. Krump will go along way. Science proves so.
