If you were serious, it took me about 7 months to be conversationally fluent in russian. It helps a lot to have exposure to people speaking the language, whether you watch movies/tv in russian, or read some russian literature while you're learning to expand your vocabulary, etc., just whatever you can do to make it easier for yourself.
What problem? Yes they are swearing while give info and not constantly as you mention, but if you look at other side of coin , Its a tool to keep your mind focused.
