We Love Katamari Reroll ALAP 1 No Boost in 24 Seconds (Dual Wield)

I've started speedrunning Katamari using two controllers with near immediate results.
Not submitting this as a WR since nobody else I've seen has submitted a two controller run.
I worried that I might have been hit by a bit of lag at the end of the level before finishing. I measured the time manually, and can confirm this is a 24.75 second run! Since level records (in our speedrunning community) are measured by the displayed in game time upon completing the level, and WLK will always truncate your time (just lop off the decimal values instead of rounding), my real time measurement confirms that this is a 24 second IGT run!

I wouldn't have thought that the co-op mode would be useful in speedrunning. In my opinion it's perfectly acceptable because the game gives the option to use it

That's a very good point! I got inspiration to do this from the LEGO Star Wars speedrunners, who use dual wield in large sections of their speedruns, so the technique isn't unheard of in other games.
