@@Planadayshay The Dash Diet is by Marla Heller. You can get the book for less than $14 on Amazon! I’m not sure yet, going to read through and see what I think. I’m tipping more towards intermittent fasting, and low carb. That seems to work best for me., but the Dash Diet book has some good recipes and meal plans, check it out! 2025….who knows! I love so many options and systems, but I have GOT to decide on something and stick with it!!! 🤣
I agree with you on the Planner Perfect rewards codes, I thought that didn’t seem right either when I tried to use my rewards points, kinda defeats the purpose of earning rewards points in my opinion.
