A bujo can really be what you want it to be imho. I bujod for a year and a half maybe two. Time flies and loved it. It helped me hone what I need and like and my favorite setups and really learn my planning style and system. Got a few videos on mine when I was doing it. I took what I learned and use it in bound and ring planners now. Congrats on your setup ❤

Just HAD to grab one of the last Papertess Designs "Pocket Dailies" -> have to it's FANTASTIC! 👏🏼 Very nice useful pages / layouts, nice looking AND good quality softcover + lots of extra pages at the end 🫶🏽 Overall the quality is outstanding, as always! 💯 ( was looking for an alternative for Moleskine's "Pocket Daily" planner FOR SO LONG now anyways, since unfortunately, their paper quality has become more bad every year, for example in my 2024 one I can't even use the LIGHTEST Tombow w/o some CRAZY bleed-through which wasn't a problem at all in last year's one 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was TOTALLY FINE with the fact that the Moleskine paper isn't fountain pen friendly; LOVED using my favorite gel-pens / markers with it... idk... so many people are complaining on Instagram about their paper lately & since Moleskine is commenting on people's posts, they must've seen so many of the negative reviews... 🤷🏼‍♀️ NEVER thought that there's a pocket sized, 1P1D softcover planner with TRP out there, that I would like even more than the Moleskine one! 🙏🏼 I REALLY RECOMMEND to try her planners / notebooks in general ❤ So, ACTUALLY I could be quite happy with my planning system... BUT... 🙈 I've wanted to add ONLY ONE nice, beautiful, good quality RINGPLANNER to my lineup, to have like a separate place for everything important / private, like finances, contacts, passwords etc pp (...) The ability to add-/ remove SINGLE sheets of paper is just PRICELESS! 🙏🏼 Plus there's of course the decorating part which is SO much fun in rings! 😅 So I've got my first Gillio ( directly from their website ) a while ago; it's REALLY NICE that they offer to send you some new Krause rings FOR FREE once they've got some gaps after a while - awesome service! 🙌🏼 But not gonna lie; the Filofax Black Croc leather not only feels it IS A LOT more high quality... 😕 LOVE the haptic, the way the clasp closes so comfortably & the golden imprint looks stunning ✨️ 25mm rings are too tiny for my needs unfortunately ➕️ seeing that BEAUTIFUL gold embossing RIGHT next to silver rings was bothering me ( wish it didn't! 😔 ) And the fact that it barely fits FCC Inserts made me selling it again... STILL have to think about this Filofax Croc though bc everything else was just SO NICE... I bet it'd ALSO work great as a B6 Stalogy Cover once it's de-ringed, haven't thought about it at that point 🤐 Well, after I've discovered how nice it is that most medium-/ personal sized planners do fit FCC sized Inserts very well ( having these 1.2cm more in width actually makes SUCH a difference! 🙏🏼) - I thought choosing a Gillio Compagna XL in their "Black Mat Croco" with 30mm rings would be the best option and THOUGH I liked the Filofax a BIT more, I'm actually SOOO HAPPY with my choice; the gold rings are going SO well with the black croc leather 🖤✨️ - and everything in the FCC size fits perfectly in it... 🙌🏼 So actually EVERYTHING would be fine BUT (😅) somehow I'm struggling with setting it up 😕 Have to find some good quality dividers in the FCC size 🤔 And instead of BUYING my inserts / dashboards I'd love to PRINT THEM MYSELF / BUY "LOTS" OF NICE PRINTABLES instead 🖨 - it's much more inexpensive, gosh I've spent SO much money in the past few months 🫢 It's amazing how much you can find online in the FCC size, there are also SO MANY Freebies 😮 I'm based in Germany so FCC isn't really a thing here (YET) - So I'm sitting here with my notebook 📓 and taking notes from the shops / sellers that you're mentioning 🤭 THIS IS SO HELPFUL! 🙏🏼 The dashboards you're using here for example are SO, SO BEAUTIFUL, Lisa! ❤ Now, the only thing I have to find is the "right" paper ( and vellum ) for printing 🖨 "everything" myself 🤔 Since I can't wait to watch all of your videos ( I'm still in the middle of watching THIS video ) - there's MIGHT be a chance that you're mentioning what specific 📃 PAPER / VELLUM YOU PREFER FOR PRINTING YOUR INSERTS / DASHBOARDS 🙏🏼 I'll maybe order a few different ones on Amazon to test them out... 🤔 I was also thinking about taking a half-year Stalogy 📓 "apart" / cut the pages into FCC size to add them into my planner for the "notes" section ( I'd LOVE to also have some Stalogy paper in it 🖤 ) - hopefully there are some videos on here where somebody has done it 😅 ( I've already ruined at least 5 of them when wanting to cut them down to all kind of different TN sizes before I've found somone on Etsy that offers them already cut down 🤭 - so I REALLY don't want to ruin ANOTHER Stalogy... 🙈 Alright... 🫢 This might be the biggest comment I've EVER left someone 🫢 I REALLY hope you're not going to be shocked when you're seeing my HUGE comment 🤐 Personal Rings with a FCC (sized) set-up / your beautiful planner & the way you're using it / SO much great, helpful Inspo ➕️ the fact you're ALSO using the Stalogy (...) - you're just using EVERYTHING I like as well, which got me a "little" TOO excited 🤭

B6 stalogy is definitely my favorite book to bujo in. I like to use a 12 month planner perfect insert with it since the stalogies only last a few months.

I thouroughly enjoyed this video. I have been searching for planning videos using a ring planner. I have just subscribed to your channel. It's my jam. You don't talk as fast as you can your planning style is my style and I loved seeing your planners. If you ever decide to sell any of them I would definitely be interested. I have been in a Leuchtturm bullet journal for about 14 years. In the past year I have really been drawn to ring planning. I'm recently retired and on a strict budget. The price for the Filofax Malden, Gillio's and even the new one that you just purchased is out of my price range. I totally understand that they are worth their price, my budge just can't afford them. I have been looking at Moterm's which might be doable. I would like to also use this as an everyday carry and wallet. Without seeing them in person I'm wondering if personal size or A6 would be the way to go. I don't think I could work in a pocket size, it's just to small. If you have any advice I would appreciate any and all. Thanks so much.

Beautiful videos. I just found your videos and have been watching all morning. I see you using monthly sub box , multiple books and TN covers from PP then also rings. Doesn’t writing the same daily info in both seem redundant? Ive used both at separate times and am trying to get down to using one planner concept.

I see here you use PP monthly books from the sub box and i just watched your video with rings. Do you use both each month? Also dont you find it is the same i formation in both…ie. Dates, daily, weekly, monthly events, journaling etc??

Loving all the inserts, and no, you aren't crazy for staying up to the wee hours of the morning, playing in your planner. When i switch planner covers, i demolish the entire planner lol. At the end of the year, im gonna have to go on a mad search looking for everything lol. I think i should probably do a bookbound planner, just to duplicate my weeklies so i can have everything in one spot....

There's a lavender farm down here in South Carolina called Twin Creeks Lavender Farm that i love picking lavender from. I love the way you decorate the set of inserts you're going to use for the week and month. It's very cool!

I saw that Tuxedo Plans set up in the FC Classic and I was so happy! I was in FC Compact for a year and a half and I loved it. The classic has my heart now. I carry it back and forth to work in my larger totes. If I need to carry it by itself, I have an oblong tall tote and it works perfectly. I use Franklin inserts and half letter printables. I will admit on the weekends I carry my LV pocket rings when running errands as I carry smaller purses during that time. I have Maine Momma Plans weekly inserts that I was able to increase to half letter. I love them.
