She should add salt, peppers, soy sauce, or fish sauce so that it will bring out more flavor to it. Trust me. I cook that kind of food at home. This is my own personal preference.
dami thukpa, rupak sir would you mind churpi is best hilly candy made of milk (chena ) used to be so delicious during 70's, 80's but now its tastes and quality is not good as that time. Will you be able to make videos how churpi is prepared. Thank you.

What idea makes you think they copied cooking or anything from Nepal? This noodles preparation is pretty same with noodles preparation from North Sumatra indonesian..but I will not dare to tell they copied North Sumatra dish..i already saw mostly video from rupak Ji..and i found so much similarity between Sikkim and my native north Sumatra Indonesia. Well maybe its just we have same ancestors who knows. Just be positive
